    I personally wouldn’t do anything. It’s highly unlike you’ll lose muscle. Just make sure you do eat! Take whey and oats and just nail shakes every few hours if the food available is no good. Never an excuse bud.

    Evening homies ! So today I was a kg heavier than yesterday. 97.6kg. I’m not worried though as this is expected. Weight fluctuations are always going to happen. It’s been a rest day and it’s been one of those where I feel everything hurting me. So it’s defo needed. Hoping I don’t wake up any stiffer than I feel right now as tomorrow it’s a big leg session coming up. Hope I’m not paranoid but I’m already feeling like my legs are shrinking lol. Tried one of those big cross trainers today, the ones that allow you to take huge strides and steps and all sorts. Bigger movement suits my legs and it’s no impact really so will crack on with that next time I do cardio which will be Monday. Apart from that not too much to talk about. I hope everyone has a good weekend and you all smash whatever your doing

    Personally I’d go for this as that’s my preference. Bring paused reps in when you’ve exhausted this and can’t get any stronger on it.

    Veet is good but it always leaves slight inflammation on me due to the heating properties of it. Not worth the risk in my opinion

    I think like Oscar says about adding in another rotation one delt focused and one chest focused both with isolation work of the other.

    Evening guys!! How you all doing ? So today started the day with a client then fasted cardio last 2 days I’ve used the stair master… not because I enjoy it but my fitness is at a level where I have to do something that kicks my ass to get my heart rate at a decent level. So tomorrow I’ll try the cross trainer or arc trainer and see how they feel and how hard I have to work to get up to where I want my heart rate. Pretty annoying if I’m honest. The stairs batter me and nail my legs so don’t really wanna use that too much.

    Pull session was a good one today. Felt strong again and hit a very good session. Feeling bigger than I have done. Not sure why lol. Body weight is down again today I was 96.7kg and checked in with jordan. He’s happy and doesn’t want to change anything so we continue as we are and push on.

    Front underhand grip pull down 1×8 1×14
    Rack pull 1×6 1×14
    Chest supported row 1×7 1×13
    Single arm low row 1×8 1×15
    Lat pull down 3×15
    Straight arm pull down 3×15
    Straight bar cable rear delt 3×20
    Shrug machine 3×15

    Biceps giving me some aggro. Nothing serious just constantly sore and can’t figure out why. So did some light preacher machine curls 3×20

    Ah ok mate. I wasn’t being a dick mate just making sure you were aware and addressing it.

    Going back to the original question I wouldn’t lower t3. Going up to 50 is definitely an option. Is food high? Are you still strong and getting pumps etc ? Do you feel there is room to drop some calories ?

    What’s your food and cardio at ?

    I know it’s not what your here for but you look like you have quite prominent Gyno. Have u had bloods done to check estro and prolactin to try and get rid of it or at least calm it down ?
