I would just go for a walk for around 20/30 min daily for health. Then when you transition into prep you can keep the same time period but switch it for something more intense in the gym for example.

So today was second day of cardio and 3rd day on prep. I’m sending weight updates to jordan daily and checking in every 3 days. Tomorrow is a check in day and I’m already 0.5kg down in body weight. Bloods came back in a very very good place. I’ll attach below. Apart from oestrogen is super high!! So we’ve added an ai daily now. But that explains why I’m so strong too. Also my test must be over dosed as 300mg a week is coming out at a crazy high number.

I don’t think you should watch the scale and set yourself a target in weight. Monitor it but don’t use it as the only marker. Of course make sure it’s going up but monitor strength and make sure you are getting stronger then body fat. Don’t get too fat and mini cut where needed. Assess all factors week to week and add food based on these.

I know man! It’s only that because I’m using insulin pins and they only hold a ml at a time otherwise it would be half that. I went lats yesterday for my first shot. Will be rear delts and side delts and then not decided but maybe traps
