Hey guys !! So… leg session went surprisingly well! Very happy about that. Not sure how it looked on camera but I beat my last leg session on this rotation. I’m sure you guys will tell me anyway. So first day of prep is done…. am I shredded yet? Lol. Unfortunately not. Cardio starts tomorrow and I’ve literally just had my first shots for this run …. ballache! 4 shots a time 3 times a week and I hate pinning so much!!! Fuck lol. Oh well…. I’ve just been sent a preview of the leg session and the edit looks awesome. We trained hard today and I feel absolutely trashed right now ! Anyway bring on prep. I love this shit. I can’t wait to actually feel on prep. The drops in food I haven’t felt at all! Easy so far as you’d expect after one day hahaha

I’m exactly the same as Kuba here. Always warm up on the exercise you are loading on. Then start like around 10-12 reps and decrease reps and increase weight as above.

I like to hit full leg sessions in both. With a cross over with a hip hinge on pull day. Like Tim says I start with a ham curl then a compound for overall leg development. Then a leg press where I’ll favour quads as im trying to bring them up then onto isolation exercises

I think recovery has to be measured with any workout. Are you recovering ? Are you enjoying it? Are you hitting your weaker areas with enough frequency and accuracy? If yes crack on

I’ve never heard of this. Sounds like a long boring session for me. I couldn’t do that. As Oscar says principles of it like stretch and peak contraction but this protocol for each rep seems too much.
