    I have shots when I have time morning, afternoon, evening… never noticed a difference in time of administration to how I feel.

    I’d say try and speak to a therapist. Speak openly and hopefully they will come up with a defence mechanism or at least a way to manage your anxieties going forward. Hope this helps and it starts to become easier.

    Hey guys!! So today was a rest day so not too much happening. Apart from the small detail of picking my shows for the year! Hahaa so so excited so me and jordan spoke and we decided 16 weeks of growing from now and then a 12-13 week diet for the pro qualifier in Iceland November 9th is the show I’m aiming to do first, then just over 2 weeks later there’s a show in Amsterdam and the final show of the year in Italy is 14-15th December! So I have 3 cracks at getting my pro card this year! I’m super excited because I’m so much more muscular than I have ever been and it’s only going to get bigger and better from here. Of course I’ll keep u all updated on any changes that happen. I’m in for a sports massage and an adjustment from my therapist this evening which I’m really looking forward to and in need of due to starting training again and starting to lift heavy. My body is feeling beat and really out of line! Big push day tomorrow! I took delivery of prepare and halcyon today so I will let you all know how I feel on those 2 products. ????????

    Hey people!! Today was leg day!!! Didn’t sleep well last night and already feeling the effects of the blast!! Blood pressure feels like it’s risen – slight headache and pressure build up feel. So I initially opted to give blood but after speaking with jordan and looking at Dante trudels Instagram post concerning giving blood and how ip6 is more of a suitable fix to the problem I’ve ordered that and will arrive tomorrow. So aside from that I’m feeling good. Hernia and core is sore right now after a fairly heavy leg session. I trained with ifbb pro marc hector today. Marc is one of my best friends so was great to catch up. Marc as you who know of him is an absolute freak his proportions and muscle bellies are insane. One of uks top pros for sure in my opinion. We also spoke about getting a video for the site training together so watch out for that too! He’s also in his off season embarking on his first pro show. We trained pretty much the exact same leg session I’ve done the last 3 times I’ve trained them. Everything I pushed a lot more on and during training everything felt fine. So hopefully what I’m feeling right now is just inflammation and slight swelling.

    I think skull crushers are a great movement and can be loaded safely so definitely stick with those. I’d definitely keep dips in for sure and aim to progress that movement. They are king in my opinion.

    Hit a really good pull session yesterday guys. Still not logging but definitely pushing myself hard now, not doing heavy hip hinges or legs yet as just no need until I’m 100% sure it’s safe to. Spoke to jordan about going up next week and hitting some sessions together so he can show me how he wants me to hit the prs system correctly.

    Straight arm pull down – 2×15
    Chest supported row – 5 plates – 6, 4 plates – 13
    T bar row machine – 4 plates -8, 3 plates – 15

    I hadn’t thought of that. As I add a lot of mushrooms and courgette to my meals to bump them up and aid recovery. Makes sense. Hope things are starting to feel positive now going forward

    Yeah mate I’ve been having all sorts, carrots, aubergine, pak Choi, tomatoes, courgettes, parsnips and then the usuals broccoli, spinach etc too. Feeling really good mate thank you.
