    Rest day felt good today. Back feels better and like I said enjoyed my rest day just filming content and working with my team. Switching sessions around tomorrow to hit pull with a client as opposed to push so that’ll be good then push will be Wednesday. Legs Thursday and rest Friday. Not too much else to say. Weights up in the 98s and I feel big. Softish but not bad. Still got full Abs and ok shape. But thickness defo improving.

    Definitely watch jordan’s breakdown of it bud it’s super helpful. The 1 set is my go to and the undulating of rep ranges. Heavy and lighter during the same session split works v well

    I’ve been running 300mcg of both CJC and Ipamorelin every day both taken before bed with my HGH and also 1mg of MOTS-C every day on wake.

    Feeling great on that.

    And we are back. But … first shit session of off season today. Felt crap. Back was hurting. I think I have some kind of bulging disk issue as it just keeps on going into spasm and today was push ! So not ideal. Body weight spiked too so interested to see if that comes down tomorrow. Still need to sort my sleep pattern as it’s gone 2 and I’m not sleep. And this is every night. So things to work on. But it is what it is. Pull tomorrow hopefully goes better than today

    So Xmas day turned out well despite how I was feeling about it. Was nice to get everyone together and was nice to ear a really good dinner. Tbh was really nice. Dinner was 10/10.

    Also leg day was a real success. Lifetime pr on the hack and I was fasted too so that was awesome and definitely made me happy

    Rest day today nothing to report just work and chill. Back to push tomorrow and we keep it moving forward!

    Xmas eve. Done ! No excitement at all for Xmas this year. Tbh I’m more so anxious than anything else which is not a nice feeling and I don’t even know why. Usually I’m so excited and ready to celebrate. So that’s honestly a bit surprising and upsetting. But it is what it is.

    Trained pull today and trained early and it felt so shit. Had no drive being out of routine I didn’t enjoy it at all. So will do tomorrow the same as it’s Xmas day and I just want to get it done so I can be home and that’s it. Back to normality after. Will enjoy a breakfast and dinner tomorrow and try and switch off a bit. Hopefully I can

    Rest day yesterday was really a day of work and getting everything i needed for Xmas bought and settled. So then onto push today. Successful session strength up again. Cycle definitely kicked in now. Everything is on. Libido, strength, mood. I’m in ! Plus body weight with no changes is shifting forward with condition holding solid too. Pull tomorrow gotta train early as have some appointments and work to get done before Xmas day as I’d like a day off check ins to be honest. So will get as much done tomorrow and go from there

    It’s definitely a useful tool if appetite and digestion isn’t affected. It doesn’t negatively impact me in that way. I’m running 2mg per week with pretty much no sides

    Shattered today guys post leg day. And it was an incredible leg day though. Felt super strong. Cycle is definitely 100% kicking in now which is making me v happy as I know it’s just the beginning and I’ve not felt strong for a long time. Bring on the muscle. 3 days out from Xmas ! Not looking forward to it for the first time ever too because I am so so locked in I will have Xmas dinner but I’m not even bothered about it and that’s not me. I usually obsess and get super excited over Xmas and Xmas dinner etc. so anyway it’s push tomorrow LFG .

    Been a struggle past few days to get sleep nailed on guys. With the competitors I have but we are now one day out guys ! So let’s end this on a high and see what we can do. We could have a new pro and an Olympian by Sunday 🙏🏽

    Been unable to get on here the last few days due to the site not working so few days without any updates so I’ll give you some info how things have been.

    Body weight is rising and foods not really been changed so that’s defo the cycle doing its thing. That and my training performance is really rising now. Strength is boosting and I’m really enjoying it.

    Push and pull progressing well with a leg session to see tomorrow how that does despite my niggles. Been getting a good few sessions in at muscle hut and really enjoying the kit there.

    Photo shoot got changed for tomorrow with gym80 so looking forward to that tomorrow morning even though I’m not in peak shape. It is what it is. Let’s see how it goes.
