A good , well laid diet plan Lower on carbohydrates- ideally I would have then just pre n post if one of my main goals was insulin sensitivity.
If you truly feel this is effecting your physique I would run a keto diet for 6 weeks. This will improve insulin sensitivity the fastest

Would it be beneficial when utilised between cycles to help maintain some of the cycle gains for 3 months at a time? Or is that to little and needs longer/ way better results from using it in combo with AAS?

GH on its own during off time is unlikely to help
You hold onto much more than you would naturally off cycle.It will allow you to maintain a better/fuller look tho

So having done vegan plans within the nhs n privately I can tell you it’s not easy n is not just as simple as designing a plan n away you go.
Due to the lack of nutrients n majority high fibre foods it requires constant monitoring n adjusting.
Personally I would look to go veggie unless you must do vegan._________________________________________

Lack of nutrients if someone just sticks to shitty foods I guess or one simple food only I don’t think there are a lot of deficiencies if you have a good variety of plantbased foods other than vitb12 which you can easily supplement.

What I meant was Out if the people I have seen who have tried to go vegan who are not nutritionally educated 90% result in missing out on some for of macro or micro nutrient n usually end up under eating due to consuming to much fibre.It’s very possible to get all you need with the right set up n a fair bit of work with food prep n supps.

I personally don’t think it’s a good idea as you can desensitise the testes from my understanding
I don’t believe there is much evidence if any to show it helps keep them working on a cycle.
Trt maybe different but your far from that dose.

So 2 things.
Next time your on this dose ty splitting it into 2 or 3 weekly shots. This should help naturally bring down estro into range but to be honest that number in comparison to that test IMO is fine if getting no sides etc.
Currently I would wait another 4 weeks n retest as Karl stated.

Your test is out of range n this reticent out of range.
Drop your test down to 20-25mg n this should see your test online as well as estrogen.
Or if you feel n look good here just leave as is as long as other health markers are all good
