    You need to go see a physio or osteo or sports therapist and get some mobilisation through C2/3/4/5 as this is there area the dermatomes and myotomes run from these areas.

    I’m going to go against the grain here but my answer very much depends on your development.
    So if your around average build n can do all body weight stuff to failure then you can mini cut n be ok in terms of muscle Loss IMO.
    If your heavily muscled then I would move to maintaining

    As above. Hard to say without blood work.

    Try reducing dose to 50mg every other day or 75mg every 3/4 days.

    Weight is down to 210. So around 10lb loss so far. Just look smaller n shitter for it to be honest but always going to happen

    Legs yesterday.

    Legs were very sore from last Friday session.

    Spoke to a doctor n physio over weekend who confirm what I thought n it’s TENDINOSIS. I have which is no bloody good.

    Total upper body rest for 6 weeks now. This is perfect time to rest I get n I can handle looking shit for a few months.

    For the longest time I used oats for the same reason you suggest. Convenience
    I now can’t eat them without them kicking the shit out of my stomach

    Exactly same for me. Haven’t eaten them in years due to over eating them
    During n post my first show.

    Sounds mad but I swear I havnt been able to eat them in almost ten years now without serious stomach ache n backing up.

    I was eating them 3-4 x a day for several months like n idiot

    No I very much doubt it.

    Rice has nothing particularly that will damage the GIT.

    Oats has loads of stuff that can lead to damaging the stomach n digestive system.
