    I would bring rest day down to 3000.
    Train days down to 3600.

    Increase steps to 12k.

    So hip / sacroiliac joint was sore yest n today. Did extra stretching n it felt ok.

    However it went loading plates for my heavy set. It was painful but finished the session n it was great.

    However it’s now in agony n I imagine will be 2moro.

    My tendons are sore as hell to from the session gripping.

    So annoying as it is I’m going to take a weeks rest.

    Hi guys. I have spoken to Rohm from the south east. I sent the pictures and they confirmed this is fake rohm. Genuine rohm doesn’t have the “ – “ between the words.

    To be honest at that dose you would just stop taking them.

    That’s also not excessive for the t3 either.

    It may be possible tho that she hasn’t reversed out of the diet properly n thus hasn’t increased food properly n got the body back to normal.

    Blood test as above.

    Maybe a period of eating at maintaining kcal
    Or just above

    Jade I always track my food, if I eat out which is I just estimate and ensure I hit my over all calories for the day because as you said my mind would play tricks on me and i’d end up under eating if I didn’t track at all!!
    I have a couple of dates in mind (end of september) so will have to get building! Based on these responses I think 0.5-1lb a week is a good rate to shoot for to start with and assess as I go on!

    It’s important when over coming n illness like this to take the correct little steps n not huge jumps.

    Having worked both in the NHS n private with ED patients I have seen many try n rush things n it back fire. Particularly those with hyper thyroid

    Eating more balanced meals I have found works better than following p/f n p/c meals.

    I wouldn’t do any direct cardio at present.

    I would focus on looking to make meals as dense as possible in terms of calories.

    Most importantly tho don’t rush progress n don’t worry if things are slow ????

    The option I take for test is to use a well known brand n test bloods after 4 weeks. If it comes good bulk buy that batch lol.

    I have around 200ml of Chiron sust because I now it’s dosed good based on 2 blood tests.

    Other drugs is always a risk but atleast I know my test is gd lol
