For me I am running the hcg /hmg /clomid until we conceive.

Try coming off everything lol the you will feel super shit ????. You should feel good on a trt dose. Trying moving up to 150mg per week split over 2 doses.

Saturday was a big leg session.
Usual workout – strength up again – 460kg x 10. Not far off my all time PB last year on cycle.
Weight sat was still 221 after a week on slightly higher food.

It takes 4-6 weeks to reach peak values.
Test takes 3-4 weeks.
Very little difference.
Any cycle using long esters should be a minimum of 12 weeks IMO and on average 14-16 weeks.
How you lay that cycle out depends on the compounds used.
What’s more important is remembering how long it will be active when you stop so you know how to do a correct pct

There is no formula n very little actual guidelines on this from a medical stand point.
I would say 3-4 litre a day for the average person
For those eating higher protein , training very intensely etc 5-6 is needed

Without this it’s impossible to discuss this topic as what others do is completely irrelevant.
100mg test a week puts me at T -16 and Estro 76. Pretty mid range.
This would tell me I can likejy go to 100mg twice a week n be top T range n top Estro range.
