For me I am running the hcg /hmg /clomid until we conceive.

However if the body is up n running on its own as confirmed by blood tests then you should be fine to stop the above.

Try coming off everything lol the you will feel super shit ????. You should feel good on a trt dose. Trying moving up to 150mg per week split over 2 doses.

Usual workout – strength up again – 460kg x 10. Not far off my all time PB last year on cycle.

Weight sat was still 221 after a week on slightly higher food.

Hcg needs to be started 4 weeks post injection in general.

It would be ran for 20 days of hcg at 1-2000iu EOD. I would run 10mg nolva here

Then clomid at 50mg ED for 30 day’s

Get bloods done 14-20 days after this

Any cycle using long esters should be a minimum of 12 weeks IMO and on average 14-16 weeks.

How you lay that cycle out depends on the compounds used.

There is no formula n very little actual guidelines on this from a medical stand point.

I would say 3-4 litre a day for the average person

For those eating higher protein , training very intensely etc 5-6 is needed

Without this it’s impossible to discuss this topic as what others do is completely irrelevant.

100mg test a week puts me at T -16 and Estro 76. Pretty mid range.

This would tell me I can likejy go to 100mg twice a week n be top T range n top Estro range.
