    Fasted IMO between 4-5 is ideal

    Between 5-6 if one is in a gaining phase n pushing things hard is acceptable

    Post meal ideal it shouldn’t spike higher than 7-9 n should come down to circa 5

    We do all react
    Differently in terms of levels etc. Some over react some under etc etc.

    However every ones bodies do work the same.

    Imo a lot of the difference is in a person’s psychological mind not physiological.

    I came off. Maintained n ok look.

    Have gone on 100mg a week only.

    Can see the changes below in 4 weeks. Plus my blood work showing I’m
    Bang middle range. So sub ideal

    Yet I have had 3 clients this year younger than me n done less shows say they can’t come off lol n need to trt. This is likely mindset n fact they are unable to be as consistent when off etc.

    Yes I look softer still than usual but all things considered I’ll take this during this hormonal
    Down time.

    My body responded a lot I feel just from 100mg than it has going from a 150mg cruise to 5-600 plus other in just 4 weeks

    Rest day today.

    Just cardio n stretching n then I worked more or less 12 hours.

    Away this weekend at a wedding. Got heavy legs 2moro tho n then will rest up till Monday.

    No such thing as dulling receptors according to science.

    It actually shows we create more the longer we are on or some science shows.

    Very debated topic with no actual answer

    For me I think down time is important to help the body breathe , health markers return to normal etc so your body can continue to function optimally

    I would cut for here.

    This IMO is the highest BF levels should get at there Max.

    I would add a little cardio n pull back carbs if you feel you want to grow still.

    However I would do a harsh 4-6 week mini cut if you were my client

    Weight today still 222lb lol.

    Bloods back n test is bang in middle of range. Fsh is better but not much.

    However it’s were it was a year ago when sperm was decent so let’s see how next sperm is.

    Can up my test. This is on 100-125mg once a week. No AI

    Personally i would see no need unless getting side effects.

    However funds allowing n if your curious then go for it. It’s more data n overall will help you micro manage.

    Just put this much effort into not missing meals n busting ass in the gym.
