So I can’t imagine there is science looking at this as it would be very hard to measure.
However considering its a scientific fact test increases muscle mass in doses studied at 300mg upwards we can say for a fact it’s increasing nutrient partitioning , anabolism , PS etc etc hence the increase in LBM
Also I would say considering we have likely hundreds of thousands or millions who have used steroids for this benefit it’s pretty noticeable lol

I think tgese bloods are fine for pre cycle.
I would then get bloods week 20 as this will be 4 weeks clear n 4 weeks hcg

Week 8-12 take test n EQ to 300mg with the mast
Week 12-18 drop EQ n bring in tren 50mg EOD
I would opt for winny week 12-18. 25mg daily
Var if you have use week 8-12 – 50mg daily.
However the orals are not totally needed winny does IMO add a extra look to physique

I use and recommend it with warm water/sea salt and fresh lemon juice with glutamine on waking 30-60 minutes pre food.

High test n high estrogen is not normal nor healthy.
So there would be no studies investigating it

thanks for the reply but my question wasnt with regards to levels stabilizing, maybe I wasnt clear enough with my question.
my query is when would be the best time for me to take blood to show my peak hormone levels. so if I inject Monday morning should I do my blood test for example wednesday to see peak levels of test and oestrogen. that way I know if my test is out of normal range and my highest level of oestrogen on that AI dose
regardsI think your looking at it wrong.
If your TRT is set up right it should maintain you at a stable level within range for the whole week.
When running consistently the blood results should be consistent through out the weak. It will IMO spike the day of it or after possible but then should be similar.
I like to take my bloods the day before my Trt shot to see we’re levels are at there potential lowest.

For me most should be getting there general vitamins from meal plan.
I havnt taken a multi vit in years but I eat a very nutrient dense meal plan.

Vitamin D3 5000iu
Good quality fish oil 3-5g daily minimumTrainedByJP love heart I feel
All should take.Curcumin if one is pushing realy hard on training for anti inflammatory

Masteron may help prevent it getting worse but I agree above with Haider n I would add nolva 20mg daily.

Chest infection and a mixture of being unfit
I would think about adding some cardio up and keeping up with some higher rep sets to make sure your gas tank isn’t low
