I have seen a lab report on this stuff so thought why not although that means dick the guy using it is a very gd friend n very experienced

2.5iu with my l carnatine on waking daily

Additional 2.5iu pre gym

Kcal is dropping to 2050 next 2 weeks n my carbs are now pre / intra n post

My body is not playing games having carbs in each meal

Getting bloods checked as think my estro may be to high from the hcg

I think both are very useful.

Constant tension – better for constant tension / pump / load over time

Dead stop – takes elastic effect do to speak so more difficult , can IMO focus on muscle more , safer

Both can be used but I do think as above constant is and should be used more often

Jasmine rice is ok cold.

Wrap / pitta if digestion allows

Awesome leg session today.

Weight is up after centre parcs annoyingly as did loads n was very good with eating.

Think with the hmg n hcg my estro is high so have added in aromasin with 1/2 3 x a week.

I like a 4 day split over 5 days personally so hitting things 6 times in a month

This seems to work best for myself n a lot of others without getting tendinitis/ over use issues

So trained arms today. Was going to do tri n additional delt as thought forearm would prevent Bi training but with some exercise adjustments we were all
Good.

All pyramid up with 2-3 sets on every exercise then 2 sets failure. Nothing passed that etc so to not aggravate tendons.

Rope push down –
Flat bar cable curl to chest
Flat bar push down
D handle curl to forehead
Crucifix push down
EZ cable to forehead

1 arm push down 3 sets to failure no rest
1 arm concentration curl 3 sets failure no rest

Very hard mentally training like this. I just want to be progressing strength n pushing to limit but while I’m injured n Trt I just have to chill he happy I can train
