    Weight has dropped to 220 already. Was 224 Friday. So 2lb will be from Clen diuretic effect but a 2lb drop ontop already is a lot so will be monitoring this. Didn’t really have extra food at weekend but expenditure was higher due to travel n show Sunday etc.

    So legs is Wednesday n I may have a higher day then if weight keeps dropping

    So didn’t get home from weekend away till 1-2pm yesterday. Was goosed n needed to nap.

    However back with increased volume was a gd session. TrainedByJP prepare bringing my ass to life.

    Increase volume here with 2 work sets added.

    EZ bar pull over – 2 work sets
    V grip cable row – 3 work sets
    Ez d handle bench pull down – 3 work sets
    Stand 1 arm HS row – 2 work sets
    Stand upper back HS row – 2 work sets

    Cable shrugs – 2 work sets
    Rear pec dec – 2 work sets.

    Gd workout.

    I am not keen on the salt n water tip. You should be well hydrated going to bed n waking up with the correct BG reading.

    Fasted cardio n diet changes etc. If this isn’t helping n your using berberine etc then could be a doctors trip if your fasting BG is always around 6

    I think having a higher carb / kcal meal the night before a weak / lagging body part makes a lot of sense n works well.

    So does having it PWO.

    Your 450mg will likely put you more than double over the normal range. That’s defo a cycle bud.

    During the cruise I would reduce training to allow for more recovery

    I would look to drop carbs a touch n increase insulin sensitivity and prime the body for the next growth phase

    Soooo pictures.

    One on left is last Friday. After 2 week keto n last day of 200mg DNP.

    Second is from this morning. I was 224.5 yesterday but was out after legs last night drinking Diet Coke n missed a carb meal so was dehydrated this morning n legs are swollen as can see.

    I’m pleased with were I am tho overall.

    Nothing exciting going on today.

    Legs was awesome last night but disgusting in the heat especially with increased volume.

    Trained chest n bicep today with increased volume. Boring as always with my gimp pec but bicep tendons felt good.

    Been working all day with current clients n new.

    4 hour train journey to London means I’m using the time to work lol

    Is there a formula for this mate ie how many mg per kilo etc and is it based on lean mass or just overall mass. I’m hovering between 260 and 270 and currently doing a gram of gear which is very tolerable and I’m making good gains. Cheers[/quote]

    For bodybuilders misusing a drug for off label purposes. Unfortunately never going to be worked out.

    I would go 100 mg if I were you

    This is an age old debate,

    what has been stated above is correct in terms of fructose however most fruits are not purely fructose but a mix of sugars I believe so there is still sugar their for muscles.

    There has been many bodybuilders over the years have dieted on just fruits and have got in very very good shape and I having done this myself for a 4-5 month period under coaching many years ago from IFBB Phil hernon (this guy was a monster and only ate fruit on prep) I can tell you I felt very good and healthy.

    However it was awkward to prepare and what I did find is when switching back from just eating fruits it took my stomach a while to adapt and was quite uncomfortable. it did work well however.

    I would say if you feel good eating mainly fruit and are enjoying it then why not run with it and keep a log on here and report back etc.

    I would have a shake on waking with 30g cyclic dextrin or fruit juice.

    then have an intra carb drink with carbs and EAA you sip on way there and during.

    If not wanting to use powders etc then I would just add carbs to your meal pre bed. This actually makes the most sense.

    you gained 12lb on holiday. Its likely your body I still dropping off some of this.

    The holiday will of also caused a boost in metabolism which means your net energy expenditure will be increased and thus burning through more food.
