    It’s certainly possible.
    I would run test only 300mg during the first 10 weeks then either up test to 500mg or add in NPP at 200mg for 10 weeks. Then off n pct
    Would be how I would do it
    Expect huge changes

    You can run test for 20 weeks yes n if you choose to cut that’s no issues

    Great points by jamie and Jordan as per.

    I would say primo is a common drug to run into a show n a good one to utilise.

    DHB I would leave in if you are experiencing good results n look good. Focus on getting totally fat free.

    Then judge the look at 4 weeks out. Can pull the DHB if feels effecting look negative

    thx for the answer @hilly. 12 weeks straight was never an option, I was considering week 5-12/13, so about 8 weeks max.
    I’m already in week 4 now (so far test-only 600mg), so I’m thinking about starting it soon. I currently run VERY little AI: 0,125mg arimidex (1/8 of a tablet) e3d

    My bad buddy I read this wrong.

    I would run 20mg from the start as 10mg isn’t providing much of any benefit and thus will likely notice little sides. 20mg will give you a clear indication within 7-10 days if you will have any gyno effects or anything immediately adverse and you can then stop using.##

    I would be taking NAC on cycle and Tudca post or both for the duration.

    Apart from that how it effects each of us can vary drastically and at this dose most wont notice anything negative I feel unless you have underlying issues.

    Wondering if anybody had any tips whether that be supplement-wise or other on sorting out what seems to be tendonitis in my left elbow – It is whenever I rotate my hand/wrist inward and radiates from the inside of my elbow down my forearm into my wrist and is causing me all sorts of issues with my training as I can hardly train biceps and whenever I use any kind of upward pressing machine that uses a form of supinated grip.

    Hello buddy, sounds like you have medial epicondylitis. Have a google to get more of an understanding of this and what it effects. It can be very grip orientated and some exercises aggravate it more than others.

    Tendinitis is overuse issue and the immediate treatment is ice and rest plus lots of stretching. I would consider some deep tissue on the fore arm muscles also as well as some hang stretches daily.

    Then Join In and /Cure coming would be fantastic additions. I have suffered badly with this in both arms for the last 6 plus weeks and its only just now easing off.

    I would argue a GDA is most beneficial during the off-season.

    The more food we eat particularly carbs the harder our pancreas has to work n the more out body has to look to shuttle n transport nutrition.

    This is were In Sure will be a must actually

    Increase PS

    Increase ability to process food

    Increased metabolism at cellular level to potentially process macro nutrients

    Negate any negative effects from drugs.

    Honestly not needed by most I have come to realise even though I used to run a low dose during cycles

    I’m just looking to go about getting the most out of the least at the moment. I don’t think for my first cycle I should do anything extreme. I remember Jordan saying on an MD forum that if he could go back and do his first cycle over again he’d run 300 mg per week.

    Jordan also likely did not need 200mg per week
    To put him into average.

    However if your just looking for minimal risk with a tiny increase in gains then 300mg will be ok.

    I also feel it’s madness to be going to a specialist for treatment while you are still
    Using drugs that may likely be causing the issue.

    Come off everything, fix skin issue then move forward.

    Nothing worse than seeing some one in shape with bad skin. Just makes people thong gear abuse wether that’s true or not.

    I believe over 90 is healthy for most

    However some can sit at 70-90 n this is normal.

    When I said are you taking anything I meant AAS sorry.
