So it’s normal after a hard diet to want to binge if you have pushed BF levels really low.
If not n you have this urge it’s likely due to incorrect dieting method.
However your kind going blank n you finding yourself in Tesco reads as a major psychological issue to me n I suggest a doctor visit.
Unless you mean you just got greedy n thought fuvk it n are now trying to ease the guilt a little which is fine. We all do it
But blacking out n ending up some were eating isn’t normal at all lol
I would increase by 3-400kcal on training days
I would look at your diet set up to make it as satisfying as possible

I would push to maintenance 1st then work from there. Small adjustments weekly, stay active to help digestion.

I’ve never seen science to show the effects of Clen on RHR nor that it returns to normal over time or any actual tracking at all.

So your only 7 weeks clear of an extended period of abusing your body. You can’t expect things to be in range straight away.
The things you have mentioned – nothing jumps out as worrying based on your info
7 weeks means you will Defo be low to 0 test so no wonder feeling shitty.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to an alternative PWO meal? I too have this issue and find the standard whey/cereal options just completely unappetising at the moment, due to hammering them for a long time.
