Could of just been a bug you had , these can damage the stomach n make digestion difficult.

The probiotic might of replaced something that had been missing.

You may of been ill n it’s just finally moved at the same time

I know many have done this with 10mg test a day. Gd results.

I know some who tried 30-50mg EOD n the oil didn’t sit right.

Surely this shoujd come from the new coach bud ?

For me I find test / npp a very productive off season cycle.

How you look depends on your start point , your diet n progress.

How you process is dictated by your training n meal plan.

For me I like a longer off season cycle 14-18 weeks with a compound change

Maybe 10 weeks test / NPP n a little oxy here n there.
Then 6 weeks test tren n var or SD.

I think 5-750 test n 300-400 npp or tren should suffice
