    1 – I think when on cycle you are training harder than ever , lifting more than ever , eating more than you need or less than you need depending on goal.

    All of this is added stress so to me would say ideally we need more sleep. However it’s all the above that usualy interrupts our sleep.

    I don’t think sleeping longer later in the week will help catch this up.

    I do feel a nap later in the day can help make up for reduced sleep personally

    Currently I get 7 hours n this is enough for me. More than 8 I feel worse for it.

    During prep I suffer bad – 5 hours at Best But I nap – 40-60 minutes most days.

    Get as far as you can as a natural first. Gain experience, take time to learn your body and enjoy the process. I understand that seeing where you eventually want to be can be frustrating, but remember that all these more advanced trainers and pros started right from the beginning just like you, so be patient and just focus on yourself.
    Give yourself the best start by nailing your nutrition, recovery and training and get regular blood work so that you can begin building up data of your natural markers and patterns. In a few years time, you’ll be in a far better place physically and mentally to then consider assistance if this is still the route you wish to take.

    If you need 220mg to put you mid range then I would say 500mg is a starting point for results – get some bloodwork after 8 weeks and see were your levels are at.

    Hi guys, haven’t posted in here before so not sure if its own the right space but I need some advice/help I have tired to look through videos and posts but im still confused on how to correctly run my PCT (as I don’t want to fuck it up)

    I’ve been cruising for a while now on 150mg of Test E a week (split into two jabs) but now I want to come off for some time,

    my last jab was 2 weeks ago and ill be waiting 3 more till I get my bloods done (as seen on Dr Deans insta)

    once I get my bloods done depending on how they come back, how do I work out the amount of HCG, tamoxifen and climid (if needed)?

    any help is appreciated

    HCG is 1500-2000iu EOD for 20 days to start – aromasin or nolva here low dose to control estro.

    If following dean advice he would suggest you get bloods done here. If fsh and lh are in range then go to the below, if not then repeat the above

    Most say then you switch too clomid at 100mg for 7 days and 50mg for another 23 days. Nolva at thus stage 10mg daily

    I don’t believe you need HCG when on cycle.

    making sure you do time on cycle equals time off cycle and a proper pct to make sure you recover is your safest bet.

    I would try and get a sperm test done now to see were you are at as a base, I wish I had.

    that test level is on the lower side but not low.

    there isn’t much in all honesty you can do naturally to increase this.

    Yes but it’s not good. You need to be able to eat within 45-60 mins of the session I feel even if getting decent intra in.

    So trained heavy pull tonight n my tendons are better. Pain is there but not brutal n didn’t interrupt The session.

    Trained with my client who is a junior n sitting at 293 lol. His strength is full on freak.

    1 arm HS Pull down – x 11, x 8
    1 arm HS row – x 10, x 12
    Seated HS upper row – x 9, x 12
    Cable pull over – 3 sets of 12-15 pyramid up

    Calves

    Done.

    Happy as with tendons feeling better
