I like to use 3-4g depending on situation, level n how body responds.
1.5g per lb of lean mass when cutting n total mass when bulking I have always liked

Hi guys, did a liver and kidney test at work (hospital) following a very mild cycle, now on cruise, urea is out of range how can I get this back into range? And alt slightly out too, but not massively concerning, will be restocking on dr deans kidney and blood pressure stack and liver stack, is there anything else I need to be doing ? And also anything of concern to anyone ? Thanks for the advice in advance
Your Urea is extremely high and higher than others I have seen eating similar amounts of protein etc.
Are you getting in enough water day to day out of interest?
I wouldn’t be very worried but I don’t think reducing your protein will have a huge effect. I could be wrong but even if it does this would indicate to myself an issue on some level as the body IMO should be able to handle 300g protein daily if you are healthy and body working as it should.
Do you eat enough fruit and veg day to day?

KellyAdherence and ease both for my own meal prep and for clients.
I have always given most meats in cooked amounts as this means there is no excuse not to follow the meal plan – it allows you to bulk cook and weigh as you go, or buy pre cooked foods or even go to a delhi counter and ask for cooked meat that is weighed out.
I have many clients that work off shore run businesses and have family responsibilities so trying to prepare meals from raw protein amounts is in my opinion just more difficult and time consuming.
There is also now research to show that making a meal plan as easy as possible to adhere to is by far the best way of guarantee progress for most of the population.
Carbs I give cooked amounts for rice/raw for potato or micro rice packet portions etc.

Anyone know of any that are fairly decent tasting and not just full of junk?
My Dad has been told by the Dr he needs to put on weight as he’s painfully thin (illnesses). But he has no appetite and will literally go 24hrs with out eating on quite regular occasions, often probably having no more than 500 cals a day.
He’s been on Shakes before given by the Doc but they weren’t high calorie in my opinion and he’d only have one a day so he never noticed any weight gain. As he didnt like the taste he gave up.So yeah, looking for something high cal and tastes OK!

When it becomes available in the Uk I would look to AD new mass gainer – As this literally needs to be made with 400ml water and is very thin. I will be getting this for my gran who struggles with eating.

I would speak to your doctor fr general recommendations always.
from my own research I would be wanting her to eat a complete balanced diet and avoiding as many processed foods as possible. I also believe supplements such as folic acid and iodine are a very good idea for females to take during pregnancy.

There is the odd study that shows going to 3g per kg provided some additional benefit over 2g but not much or not significantly.
However a lot of top natural bodybuilders I do believe seem to opt for quite a high protein approach so anecdotally I would say you want to be between 2-2.5g per kg of lean body weight as a minimum.

So this drug does indeed help free up testosterone to be used.
I have actually tested this with myself and clients.
So as its free test that we want it would be logical to use on every cycle funds allowing IME. 25-50mcg, however I found found masteron to do the same thing and it be more anabolic and cheaper so I usually opt to add a little masteron in my cycles.
Hair loss ands acne ive never heard of people suffering from proviron but ive never suffered anything myself from anything. Side effects are so individual its not worth asking usually you just have to wait and see unfortunately._________________________________________

Could you run this year long at a low dose of say 25mg with hrt ? And then as you go on cycle you could increase to 50mg or even just keep the same ? Or would you suggest only using it when going on cycle?[/quote]

This does not sound like a GH issue to me.
Firstly – stop the GH n see if this goes away. This is the obvious process.
What brand of GH are you using as it doesn’t sound like it’s gh to me
