Legs – great session. Really felt the extra volume but in a good way.
Ham curls – x 12/8, x 10 – up 2 Reps on set 1
Glute bridge – x 10/8, x 13 – up 1 rep.
Extension. – x 11/8, x 12 – up 1 rep
Leg press – x 12, x 16 – up 1 rep first set n up 10kg back off
Band hack – x 8, x 9. Up 10kg
1 leg seated leg press – x 10, x 14.
Adductor rest pause – x 20/f/f – up 2 Reps
So 17 sets here if count RP as 2. Uo around 5 work sets.
All were stopped at positive failure
My intention is to hold this volume – around 10-12 work sets per week up from 5-8 over last 4-6 weeks now my test levels are in Normal range.
Still focusing on progressive over load.
I will then look to up again slowly come January n assess as I go.

Rest day diet for any one interested.
1 – 5% beef mince , spinach , slaw , olive oil
2/3 – chicken / basmati rice / spinach / beetroot
4 – salmon / basmati rice / cucumber
5 – 5% beef mince / rice / eggs / spinach.
Carbs around 150 today and fats a touch higher as rest day

I have been looking for information on the subject and I have also found that Dante Trudel recommends a dose of 12mg of boron (6 a.m. and 6 p.m.) to increase free testosterone. Any experience about it?
Over here I have seen that Jordan Peters, kuba, James holligshead and others use Proviron Or Masteron, so I don’t know if it is worth trying the idea of boron or going directly to drugs …There are some threads looking at this in further detail bud try the search function

So this drug does indeed help free up testosterone to be used.
I have actually tested this with myself and clients.
So as its free test that we want it would be logical to use on every cycle funds allowing IME. 25-50mcg, however I found found masteron to do the same thing and it be more anabolic and cheaper so I usually opt to add a little masteron in my cycles.
Hair loss ands acne ive never heard of people suffering from proviron but ive never suffered anything myself from anything. Side effects are so individual its not worth asking usually you just have to wait and see unfortunately._________________________________________

Could you run this year long at a low dose of say 25mg with hrt ? And then as you go on cycle you could increase to 50mg or even just keep the same ? Or would you suggest only using it when going on cycle?[/quote]

Yesterday was chest/hamstrings.
I have upped my volume a little as I am now on 125mg test weekly and want to keep making progress but without making joints worse.
So I am using volume as my overload as well as progressing but only taking sets to positive failure not total failure or past. So basically I will stop when I know that is the last ball busting clean rep.
I did this earlier in the year and my joints/tendons felt much better and progress was still good. So I will still look to progress within my log book but I will do slightly more working sets to create overload also instead of pushing into and past failure.
From next week I will only log my first working set for my progression marker and then reps will just be to failure within the range being aimed for. usually 10-14
seated cable press fly – x12/10/9 – all same weight – up in reps
Decline fly – x 14/12/10 – all same weight – up in reps
pec dec – x 14/12/9seated ham curls – x 11/8, x 10 – had to drop weight to keep within rep range. – up 1 rep first set
abductor machine instead of glute bridges – x f/f/f
1 leg ham curl – x 14/10, 10 – up in reps, had to drop weight for final set
seated leg press – x 19, x 18 – changed this from feet high leg press to feet high seated leg press machine – less systematic stress and weight through knees/quads as quads are hit on Sat.good workout, sore today and body is feeling better during sessions now test levels are in normal range.
Physio after on shoulder and elbow tendons.
from here I have legs Friday and then am resting till Monday. so my tendons get as much rest as possible.

I have noticed 0 difference between esters in terms of side effects IF injection frequency is correct and kept regular.
Most issues are caused from irregular injection patterns.
Prop leaves the system quicker so leading into a show if you like to pull test it makes sense to switch to this but it doesn’t do much of anything in terms of water retention for most IMO
