    Hi Guys,
    Lately I’ve been a bit more rushed with meals and seem to be relying on whey iso as a protein source more than I’d like.
    Wake up 7am and training @ 830am
    M1. Bagel with whey iso
    M2 – Intra training, carbs and EAAs
    M3 – Cereal and whey
    M4 – Rice and chicken n veg
    M5 – Rice and steam n veg
    M6 – Oats and whey with nut butter

    Still hitting macros but it it’s almost 2pm before I actually eat a proper a meal (which I’m kinda ok with) but just wanting to check in with you guys for some thoughts and guidance.

    This always makes me wonder what people class as real and not real in life. Whey being the by product of cheese and people classing cheese as a real food would then surely make whey real food to ?

    Anyway moving pas that if your having the whey with some other food source to slow digestion down bagel/oats/nut butter then I think this IMO is pretty much a real meal for me in terms of nutrition..

    Now I do feel one should chew/eat there food as often as possible and have varied food sources which you are doing. what im not fond of and I did this in the past when younger is people just doing whey and oat shakes all day out of ease/laziness etc as I believe this can cause the digestive system to malfunction in one way or the other (this happened to myself).

    The only thing I don’t like personally is having all fast acting whey shakes pre meal and post meal as there is little sustained amino acid release here.

    Could you not add egg whites to one of these shakes or some greek yogurt to add some slower digesting protein.

    It wasn’t n actual WHP it was in Victoria wharehouse I got confused lol.

    Check my post on insta regarding cruising buddy. I go into some detail n important points you may find useful.

    For instance should you actualy be cruising ?

    For me 100-150mg a week is sufficient IF you need to cruise

    Sorry yes, you provided a great explanation and its nice to see such an educated response for myself but others may find it confusing and still don’t know what should they do now do then based on this? Should he be worried, should he go to the doctors? IS all fine?

    with all the titles next to your name and your response I am taking it you are educated in this field so some guidance would be useful for the OP as im presuming hes posting this due to being worried.

    I’ve seen a lot recently for the need to force feed in off season to grow? is this a thing? I never feel like I’m at that point and always feel like I could eat more or again. Is that a sign I’m still potentially not eating enough to cope with steps/training/output?

    Hey if you have a coach then I would ask his take on this.

    Fact is for most of us we can always eat more and end up over eating. I would look to the following first.

    How is your body composition – The leaner you are the more efficient your body is and the better ones appetite can be.
    Are you making progress in the gym – If so then chances are you are eating enough to support recovery as a minimum.
    Are the scales moving up (around 4-8lb a month) if so then chances are you are eating enough to support muscle growth.

    Are you bloated/gassy/slow bowel movements? If so then chances are you are eating the wrong types of foods or your meal plan isn’t ideal for yourself.

    Many factors to consider and IMO and IME appetite is not the best to gauge things by as most find they then over or under eat. Its very rarely perfect for progress hence why we track things.

    This is the second post n third case I’ve heard of ROHM being crap.

    Yet the stuff I have is great n I have been sent lab results to show it’s well dosed.

    Be interesting to see if there is a difference in bottles

    Crucifix laterals – x 12/10, x 14 – up reps
    Cuff lay front raise – x 8, x 7, x 15 – reps same more or less.
    Machine lateral – x 10, x Fours – up in Reps
    Stand front cable raise – x 9, x 15 – up reps

    Seated cable rear delts – x 22, x f – up in Reps

    20 minutes on Stair master as slept through cardio

    I know Paul. Clever bloke with lots of experience so I know he has had success with this.

    I wasn’t using the proviron as it keeps you shut down so I feel this is a bad idea if you are off all.

    However I will be bringing it back in now I have moved to a cruise dose.

    Hmg is the one that makes the body produce sperm so I feel running thus only 2 weeks isn’t the best way forward n not the usual recommendation.

    I dropped nolva as my estro was to low when off but now I’m on I will be running 10mg.

    I’ll be retesting sperm in 4 weeks

    Without any further context from the person posting, failure to respond to FSH and LH signalling downstream of the HPTA axis seems to be the story it’s telling. A closer look at the difference in elevation between LH and FSH suggests that Leydig cell function is normal due to high-mid range testosterone level. However, FSH is double the nornal range, which suggests there is suboptimal tissue function at the sertoli cell level, the cells responsible for producing sperm.
    Leydig cells produce testosterone when LH from the pituitary gland is secreted.
    Sertoli cells produce sperm when FSH from the pituitary gland is secreted. When no sperm is produced, more FSH is secreted i.e. hyper-secretion.

    Ok. However insulin’s actions will still work even if not training buddy.

    Are you taking insulin to increase nutrient transport n improve recovery. If so then it doesn’t matter what training.

    Milos approach to all those carb drinks etc plus the huge doses of insulin to cover it would likely not be needed during low volume training.

    It seems to me like your misguided n looking to use insulin as a drug n not a addition to your diet/bodies mechanisms of actions

    So what does he suggest on rest days? I believe from reading the book its no different to a training day? Its been a while since I read it I must say.
    If he doesn’t specify a change to be made then why are you wanting to make one if following his approach?
    Me personally would wait to see if I loose weight once cardio has been added.
    Once this stops I would then look to reduce carbs on rest days.

    Yeah in the book he doesn’t really specify any dietary changes on rest days, but on other occasions I heard him say that he suggests to reduce carbs on rest days by 25% too. That would mean a reduce of 50% of carbs on rest days compared to my baseline diet at the beginning of my cut and to me that sounds a little to extreme.

    He will of adapted things a touch by now I’m sure.
