    Impossible to say without knowing more details.

    where is this putting your test levels?

    is this dose increasing your thyroid to what it was before based on blood results?

    what other drugs will you be using during prep?

    for me 200mg test/200mg mast and 150mg tren A would be a fantastic cycle for your first show at your bodyweight.

    200mg test p only may be a bit pointless depending what your test level was pre cycle and what it is now or it may be of great benefit

    I have been using insulin with success during my growth phase, and will be starting prep after the holidays. I’m a little confused whether I should continue insulin use during cutting phase. Should I cut it out, or keep running as I have so far (pre and post w/o)?

    I think this depends on your body and how you react.

    I become very sensitive during prep and insulin starts hitting me much harder than usual, I feel this is the case for most as they are glycogen depleted all of the time during prep. This means a much higher risk of Hypo.

    Now if your a higher carb guy then you may get away with it but for myself when I have tried to keep in ive found once I get to 8 weeks out maybe even 10 I start going hypo all the time and it interferes with my diet.

    Just make sure your keeping a very close eye on things, always have extra carbs and base your use on this and remove if necessary.

    I like to keep it just on higher days/refeeds

    Having had my bloods done on GH a couple of times both on cycle/thyroid meds and on nothing ive never noticed much impact personally on these numbers.

    However this is person dependant so getting bloods done is the only way to know.

    It’s only been 8 weeks since last pin of sustanon could it be due to pct drugs still in my system?

    I Highly doubt it and my post above meant it indicates issue with testicals lol, stupid Iphone correct.

    So what does he suggest on rest days? I believe from reading the book its no different to a training day? Its been a while since I read it I must say.

    If he doesn’t specify a change to be made then why are you wanting to make one if following his approach?

    Me personally would wait to see if I loose weight once cardio has been added.

    Once this stops I would then look to reduce carbs on rest days.

    I would always keep a weigh day on the same day of the week and have this as a train day or rest day but always the same.

    I find most weigh more after a rest day due to must less output but this can vary a lot.

    So I like to fast till 11-12 this gives me a 14 hour fast usually. Not long period but long enough to unclog digestion I feel.

    I then don’t have carbs till 5-7pm when im trying to improve digestion of BG and sensitivity etc

    So this is just personal choice. I’m all about flexibility n enjoying life n I approach things like this for clients n myself

    Train n diet as planned till Xmas eve.

    Xmas day n Boxing Day chill n relax. Fast till dinner then don’t track a dam thing but don’t be a pig.

    Back to it till new year eve. Repeat process New Year’s Day

    I would do a 7 day low period with with some fasting and then make rest days from gym 1/2 carbs.

    Just trained back n strength up a touch. Can feel my test level
    Is up a touch as motivation n energy n overall feel better till very end.

    Cable pull over – x 12, x 14. Up in Reps
    V grip row – x 9 – up 1 rep
    HS pull down rest pause – x 8/f/f – up 1 rep
    Incline bench row – x 12/f – same
    1 arm HS row – x 12 – up 2 reps

    Cable shrug – x 18/f – up in weight

    No calves this week Part of new protocol – 3 weeks trained every session 1 week off

    Hi hilly, thats great to hear. I have been following a similar path, and i got my test done yesterday with a below average count but high motility. As a precaution i actually froze some Sperm in a clinic in London.
    Are you still going to follow a similar protocol now that you have added in test?

    Yes the HMG n HCG will remain.

    Test will literally be. 75mg twice a week as this puts me too end normal range
