    I would not run them together no.

    Makes absolutely no sense either to be fair.

    I would run the SD 3-4 x a week pre gym for 4-6 weeks and then assess and switch to var possibly depending on health markers/feel/blood results etc.

    yes, I have used on and off for a while and have done blood tests to confirm their test is as it is etc.

    Not a big lab but a good solid one.

    So legs tonight n once again it was a huge struggle.

    I finished the session n strength was up but I’m just dead half way through. So the 2 Options are

    Reduce volume

    Add some carbs during day.

    Now I feel at 8.5 weeks out I’m in a situation were I can still utilise food n grow n have the kcal to move things around. So on leg days I will be adding in 50g carbs to meal 3 which is my mid day meal. The next meal
    Will be 0 carb then gym time. This should allow for some glycogen storage etc so I can push through legs.

    As long as I’m getting through other sessions I’m ok but I feel like I’m a week out during legs these last 3 sessions n that is just no good.

    looks like definitely some tearing as the musculotendon junction to me bud.

    I would defo be pushing for an MRI to find out the exact grade/% of damage so you know the best way to manage it and train going forward.

    I have ran tren upto 600mg per week and NPP uonly up to 1600mg per week

    Well, ours truly @jordanpeters reports fine if not better libido on a nandrolone only cycle.
    And if you are to have a nandrolone as test base in a cruise you would have a higher potency of anabolism
    While maintaining same MG as a test “cruise”
    So more potent with less sides, just like a nandrolone blast. IMO what’s not to like

    It was a nandralone only cycle we ran not a cruise.

    Jordan also switched straight over to test for his cruise lol so your comparison makes no sense.

    Cruising on nandralone only is a silly ideal, it stresses the body and is un natural.

    the idea of a cruise is to take stress off the body and become natural.

    250mg isn’t a cruise either unless you are a very poor responder.

    If you can afford real gh then use real GH this is not a close comparison.

    If not then I would use this and dose it 25 MG EOD for 3-4 months before having 6 weeks down time.

    I would also monitor fasting BG levels.

    When I am off season and taking in a larger bolus does with the aim of creating max IGF spike I use IM

    when I am dieting I have recently been using Subq as I find I hold less water this way and it also makes sense to me on paper as the slower long release mean a longer duration of increase in FFA release for fat. so I does my Inject around 12 hours apart so in theory fat burning may be heightened all day 🙂

    Shoulders and chest tonight.

    Was a good workout , no aches or pains and strength was up or maintained across the whole session.

    Cardio now 40 minutes.

    Hunger is starting to increase particularly pwo.

    All is gd.

    Clare and Ryan are both bang on. Usually if your struggling to digest things it means that food just isn’t for you.
