    Nothing to debate really.

    Lot of science to show we should all eat lots of fruit n veg. We all know this n many don’t do it.

    No research to show avoiding all meat n following a vegan diet has any positive effects over a normal healthy Balanced diet.

    These are facts. I was in a specialist dietetic meeting within the nhs only 2 weeks ago discussing this. None of the 24 attending could find any solid evidence to show vegan diets do anything positive over a normal diet.

    Yes in the tv programs taking people that eat bacon or kfc n putting them vegan will improve there health. No shock there lol.

    So there is no real discussion or debate.

    Arnold does vegan Monday’s I believe. Bee been heavy into his plants since pumping iron. Smoking them tho then so I guess we should go vegan n get high as Arnold did both lol.

    In terms of BB progress meeting your requirements daily following a vegan diet will be impossible for most also

    But why does that matter lol. What I do is irrelevant as trust me a lot of it won’t be what you do.

    Base your decision off research n others opinion n experience.

    I wouldn’t say it was ok to do in my opinion if I hadn’t done it myself as how could I give my opinion

    Arms tonight n wasn’t a bad session. Boring in a way as it’s not a big ball busting hard workout.

    Warm up cable curl n push down – 3 sets.

    1 arm Db curl – 4 sets pyramid up failure set
    1 arm tri push down – 4 sets pyramid up

    Not my usual style but this is all to try n prevent tendinitis getting worse etc. Making sure thoroughly warmed up etc

    Ez cable curl – x 13/8, set of Fours
    Crucifix Pd – x 11/7 , set Fours

    Preacher curls – x 11/9, 1 stretch set
    Rope push down – x 14/9, stretch set

    Calves – 3 sets SS

    10 mins on stepper

    @hilly dose lantus insulin expire? On the box it says “once open discard after 30 days”. It’s been 30 days now but still have like half the bottle left. Is this still good to use or no?

    I would use it happily.

    If anything it may of degraded a little bit I doubt it

    Looks ok If your diet calls for 350g carbs peri workout then all is good.

    If you have added those carbs in as adding slin prepare to get fat

    To 5-700 in people with major liver damage.

    It’s common to see people with numbers up to 70
    That take regular prescription medication

    So you are fine
