    Drop to cruise dose.

    Ease off then go again. This the the healthiest option n what i would do.

    If your totally obsessed with being the best bodybuilder you can be n are trying to make the most progress ever n monitoring health as best as you can but accept the risks.

    Keep pushing n switch up compounds or use just test n up the dose.

    Weight and Diet update – sooooooo 245lb this am LOL, looks like the addition of GH at 10iu every training day and food going to 5000kcal every training day as seen me push well past the sticking point of 235 I was at for 6/7 weeks.

    This is the perfect way to do it I feel as I will now try to maintain this for the next 3-4 weeks meaning ive been sat at this weight for 6 plus weeks before I move into prep

    Diet

    Salmon fillet plus 4 eggs in coconut oil
    Beef isolate with macadamia oil and 30-40g trail mix

    175g cooked turkey and 350g cooked jasmine rice

    175g cooked turkey and 350g cooked jasmine rice.

    4:30 – 10iu gh

    5:15 – 1 scoop isolate or EAA and 50g dolly mixture and 7iu Humalog

    6-7:15 – 2 scoops MPS max and 2 scoops sustain with another 25g dextrin = 75g carbs and 30g protein

    PWO – my egg white/EAA digestive digestive smoothy and 180g gluten free honey flakes

    PPWO – 200g basa fillets cooked, 120g ground rice, 0.5 scoop beef isolate, 20g natural almond butter
    5000kcal, 380-400g protein, 600-650g carbs, 90g fats

    There high 5 to low 6 on waking.

    By Time I come back from cardio there sub 5.

    It’s not n issue in my eyes as it’s short term n I no it’s only elevated due to taking the GH.

    As in I no what I’m doing that is causing the reading so no issues

    Trained legs with Jordan, mark and Oscar yesterday and what a session it was.

    Always good to be around those guys and pushed by people who have your own passion/love for training hard and bodybuilding.

    Legs are dam sore today and cardio was not fun.

    Hey Peter

    On the topic of GH? It obviously comes at a huge expense compared to regular AAS usage.. which benefits have you seen from using it? Is it something that is a “must” if you want to maximize your potential? Seems a lot of people are using it today.

    Also.. proviron use in your current cycle, what is your thoughts behind that?

    If you research growth hormone as I did many years ago you will see the huge benefits to it:

    helps the recovery of all living cells
    helps free up FFA to be utilised as energy
    causes cell proliferation I believe creating new muscle cells were as AAs just increase the size of the ones we have. This is from prolonged use.
    Helps increase IGF which is the cause of muscle growth
    helps increase the uptake of certain muscles.

    the list is endless again some good research will help you here. Not sure if you have done any but it sounds like you havnt so I would go spend a few hours minimum reading up. I have spent countless hours reading.

    Later today I will put a post on here with a brief summary of a Growth hormonal based journal I read last year. I have been constantly researching all the things I use for the last ten years. It seems now a days most just want to do this.

    Proviron use I have explained twice in this journal explaining what I have seen from my blood test results and why I now include it in all of my own cycles.

    Looks decent enough to me

    Far to much gear for a summer cut unless your a pretty well developed guy looking to really pull something special.

    Personally I wouldn’t bother with primo at that dose when you have the tren there for a summer cycle.

    The primo won’t be doing much compared to the tren
