So if you feel great, performance is progressing and visually you are seeing the progress you want then all is good and I see no need to change a thing especially if it helps with work schedule etc to.
i would simply wake and take my clen/t3 and t4 60 minutes before any food/caffeine

T4 is responsible for other mechanisms and not just to convert to t3.

Well your in the low end of normal range and your t3 is in the higher end of normal range, so if only looking at this then all is in range and there re no issues are there?the issue mainly would come if t4 was low and thus t3 was low. Then there would be a direct need to add in t4 to see if it brought t3 up. However this isnt the case.
Now as Kuba says it may keep; getting lower and thus cause issues but we dont know that. You also dont know adding kore t4 will give you more t3. You may well be at maximum conversion.
This is all alot of what ifs tho. If your worried then add t4, if your not worried and all is in range and you feel great then dont add t4 and recheck in 8-10 weeks

Yes I would keep Gh will help keeping you leaner and fuller
Option could be even leveraging slightly higher gh for this phase to stay fuller and improved recovery when on trt

No need to change a thing unless its time to end the cycle, however personally for alot I feel it beneficial to use the cruise period to tighten up and diet unless you carry alot of muscle mass and there is a worry some may be lost.
end of cycle is generally when you have planned to end its, for myself or Clients usually between 16 and 22 weeks blood work depending

Just keep doing what you have been doing and stay locked in, nothing drastic should be changing and your routine should hold which then holds you in the good spot you were in.
keep reminding yourself the more you slip the quicker the body comp will slip and after making such huge progress you dont want that bud 🙂

Saturday – Weight 203lb so up 2.2lb from high day 1.
noticeable bad gas last night and today so possibly to many carbs from bagels between yesterday and this morning. They have not been giving me issues at 1-2 per day as they have been my only carbs but when overall carbs are higher plus the reta in it seems to have caused me issues
good news is tendons feel better and managed a full workout today which has made me extremely happy so the issue I found and had the therapist work on was the correct one. Shame he couldn’t figure it out over the last 4 sessions annoyingly but hey ho.

EZ bar PD – x 20, x 14F – no pain here for first time in ages.
preacher machine, x 12, x12F – again no paid so very happy.Standing calfs – x 12, x 11F, x 8F

1 leg extensions – x 8, x 8, x 8F, x 10F
seated leg press – x 10, x 12F, x 8F
glute kickback – x 19Fvery happy to be so pain free today for the first time in like 10 weeks, another therapy session booked in this week to work on the same area. I will also not be doing any shoulder pressing from now on again. Its just not worth it

Yeh I Would go at 100mg of eq a week and retest hormones in 7-8 weeks.
Leave test as is for now.
Lh and fsh will always be low on any AAS as your shutting your natural system down

What is your liss ?
If you do walking for this every day n it’s the same then include it in the total imo.
If your Doing actual cardio then seperate.
I walk the dog or walk on treadmill for my cardio so I’m taking steps and thus are part of my daily total.
Either way tho for me it’s not a significant thing to worry about. Either way Is fine just keep it the same all the time
