Tuesday – so different schedule than normal here as now Arilena does school nursery 12:15 to 3pm.
Morning with her and then straight off to monster gym to train legs. I have exactly 75 minutes to train here and then get home to get sorted/showered and packed up so I can get back to Arilena for 3 and then off to tennis and swimming.
This then free’s up more time on a Wednesday for me to focus on work etc and I do think is a better option but we shall see how it plays out.
Legs today – Still getting a feel for kit in Monster
Lay ham curl – x 8, x 8, x 6F with a drop set – great piece here
extensions – x 8, x 8, x 8, x 7f with a drop set -another great piece.
Some form of prime squat machine – Felt superb on the legs but defo stressed my lower back. Need to cap my weight used here if I am going to use -x 8, x 8, x8, x 8 – worked up to 3.5PPS. Feel I could push this alot more TBH but my lower back does not agree.
Leg press machine – x 10, x 10, x 10, x 8F
1 leg leg press – 3 sets going from leg to leg with no rest -15/10/8
Seated ham curl – x 8, x 8, x 6F – Decent kit but im going to try others as it seemed to start sticking as I got heavier.All in all a decent session – once I get a feel for the kit etc these sessions will all be good ones. I was just so used to all at UF its a big change being out of that

Do you think that i do too much volume for my shoulder?
I do:
Tuesday 8 sets chest ,2 front, 3 lateral ,2 rear
Thru 10 sets back 3 rear delt
Fri 6 set lateral ,6/6 arms
Sat 6 set should 6 chest
Sun 10set leg, 3/3 armsIf you can’t see how this doesn’t make sense I suggest you hire some one to do this for you.
Training 4 days on the bounce all upper stuff Included them doing more push on Tuesday makes no sense to me
Arms Friday and then SundayShoulders back to face Fri/sat
Looks terrible in terms of recovery n progression.
However Jordan who is arguably one of the smartest people around when it comes to training laid it out for you but you want to do something else.
So try this and see how it plays out

Testosterone level looks pretty ok to me – its obviously not great as we would always want to be as high as possible but its far from bad and pretty much the normal to what I would expect so see being mid range.
Increase good fat intake
Add in boron at 9mg daily to try and increase free testosterone
This may just genetically be all your going to get tho

Thank you for all the answers i will try with sucralose because i tried stevia and it takes like iron it’s awful. Usually im putting sweetners in 2 meals one in my rice because i like it sweet and in my oats.
As every one has said – moderation is key and this sounds pretty moderate to me

I feel very little from most drugs and have never really.
Tren I defo do. The rest not so much. 300mg test or 950mg test I don’t really much difference at all tbh.

Everyone is different, some have sides some don’t . Only way to truly know is run small dose and assess

Just set up your cycle to make sure your controlling E2 as best as you can. Based on previous response to other drugsThen asses and evaluate at week 6-8

Monday – first day of the new layout with Arilena doing school nursery 12:15 to 3:15 and why I moved closer but even with the reduced travel its causing me alot of stress. Im making it worse in my head I feel but its not easy.
Anyway – 5 meals in total today
managed to train delts/arms/chest on monster gym which locally is just 5 minutes from her school, again more stress as I now need to get used to a new gym and layout and am still time restricted but it is what it is.1 arm cable lateral. -3 x 8-12
Narrow grip press – lovely machine – 4 x 6-8
lateral machine – 3 x 10-12Preacher machinę – 3 x 8-10
flat bar PD -3 x 8-10
Standing DB curls – 3 x 8
Rope PD – 3 x 8Chest press – 3 x 10-12
Incline machine – 3 x 8-10All sets listed are hard work sets – just last 1 hitting the rep before I truly fail.
I am going to call this cycle now – with the way things are at the minute its just being wasted and its not going to get any better so I am going to drop to a cruise and start my little tidy up and play around with peptides earlier than planned as this was going to be in the new year but I shall do it now As things will just get worse from here.
I am away next week for 3 nights
Away in December to centre Parcs
Away over new year with the kids.So no way am I going to be able to keep pushing up as planned.
Ill do a solid check in with myself friday – Reset things and take weight etc and then make a plan
