    Yes its possible for sure, I would guess there are likely thousands upon thousands of people have conceived when on AAS without the use of HCG myself included.

    The chances are just drastically reduced

    Sunday – Up super early a the same client was then competing in PCA derby bikini trained which she won.

    Arilena was back early from her mums to me at 9am so the day was a little skewed.

    4 meals in.

    Got what work done I could and spent most of the day with Arilena, Sarah and her kids which was great fun.

    back to getting more meals in from 2moro and more of a routine.

    All being well I should get my 4 sessions in this week as much more settled into new house and routine

    Sat – Trained in TBJP the shed post photo shoot and then a long drive home so didnt get back in till 7pm and then had to work till 11. Very long day.

    Had a client compete at the Nabba show and win the bikini trained class.

    It should for most but as you can see with Ryan that is not always the case. I have had great success with it personally and several clients have to.

    The BPC would need to be injected into the bicep ideally as close to the tendon as you can

    Sleep is 8 hours a night .. diet rice veggies r meat. 3-4 grand i of gear and about 15 iu gh. I think adding tren (something i haven’t touched in years) is what has brought it up about 12 points since nothing else changed . I may be getting too old to mess with this compound.

    Yes this is correct , long time user and get labs regularly. My Bp under control 125/70 .. so is the RHR in 80s not that big of a concern? Also slin too of course lol. [/quote]
    I would want it to be lower than this personally but in terms of medical guidelines a RHR of around 80 is classed as healthy. However it can and should be improved.

    You will want to add in HIT cardio.
    I would also look at your hormones and see were E2 is and if there is some water retention going on just to see if things can be improved there.

    For client I have worked with who do cross hyrox we have found the below pretty effective.

    250-300mg test
    200mg mast

    Cardarine
    GH
    Injectable L carnatine

    I also think there is huge merit to adding in a klow/glow blend from proforma as well as SLU PP.

    I just depends how all in you want to go. If you are wanting to use AAS but keep overall additions to a minimum then I would go test/mast with Cardarine and the peptide blend but having all of the above in will make a drastic improvement to your performance / recovery and how the body feels

    I do this if i want to tighten up body composition towards the end of a push phase and find it works very well for most people.

    I dont use much at all and it will usually be 100-150mg max. I find adding this in and keeping all else the same tends to see a nice shift on body composition while still making progress.

    In your case I would drop the NPP – bring in 100mg Tren A and likely add some var in pre gym if I wanted to keep the total AAS load the same

    18iu of GH is huge and is going to cause a fair bit of water retention regardless of the insulin.

    I would look to lower the dose down to 12iu split 6iu pre gym and 6iu pre bed.

    Then asses from here.

    Friday – Busy work day today and had to drive to cheltenham tonight so I tried a gym 2 minutes from my new house which was a bad idea as the equipment was very poor. However it was just delts/arms/chest so was able to make a half decent session of it.

    DB laterals 3 x 8-12
    Seated Db front raises – 3 x 8-12
    1 arm DB laterals – 3 x 15
    EZ curl SS rope PD – 4 x 10-15
    1 arm preacher curl. -3 x 8-10
    Dips – 4 x 8-10
    Chest press machine – 4 x 8-12

    2 x 20 minute dog walks

    5 meals in

    I would stick with FB 3 x a week TBH if your more than likely not going to get 4 sessions in.

    I would look to make sure your negatives are very very controlled and your form is perfect. This should help with making movements more difficult and needing to use less weight so allowing more progression if you are stacking most machines

    to echo what others have said this will be different for every one but in general as deep as you can go that allows you to keep tension on the legs and doesnt cause any lower back issues/rounding
