    18iu of GH is huge and is going to cause a fair bit of water retention regardless of the insulin.

    I would look to lower the dose down to 12iu split 6iu pre gym and 6iu pre bed.

    Then asses from here.

    Friday – Busy work day today and had to drive to cheltenham tonight so I tried a gym 2 minutes from my new house which was a bad idea as the equipment was very poor. However it was just delts/arms/chest so was able to make a half decent session of it.

    DB laterals 3 x 8-12
    Seated Db front raises – 3 x 8-12
    1 arm DB laterals – 3 x 15
    EZ curl SS rope PD – 4 x 10-15
    1 arm preacher curl. -3 x 8-10
    Dips – 4 x 8-10
    Chest press machine – 4 x 8-12

    2 x 20 minute dog walks

    5 meals in

    I would stick with FB 3 x a week TBH if your more than likely not going to get 4 sessions in.

    I would look to make sure your negatives are very very controlled and your form is perfect. This should help with making movements more difficult and needing to use less weight so allowing more progression if you are stacking most machines

    to echo what others have said this will be different for every one but in general as deep as you can go that allows you to keep tension on the legs and doesnt cause any lower back issues/rounding

    yeh i would drop the S out and give it a week to clear TBH before I Brought the reta in. I would then start with a low daily dose of reta and asses as you go and build up if needed
    0.2-0.25mg per day is a good starting spot IMO

    Sleep is 8 hours a night .. diet rice veggies r meat. 3-4 grand i of gear and about 15 iu gh. I think adding tren (something i haven’t touched in years) is what has brought it up about 12 points since nothing else changed . I may be getting too old to mess with this compound.

    to confirm you are currently taking 2-3g of gear and 15iu GH a day? If so then this simply explains the elevated HR I would say

    You have a very nice physique bud, shape and flow is great and would defo be suited for classic.

    Looks like you need more back – lats mainly here from what I can wee in pics and also more leg but at 21 if you get peeled you will do well.

    I would weight it out as this sounds a little all over. Im not sure what a dash would even be counted as to be honest.

    Aim for 1g per meal plus an extra gram around training as a start.

    You can then add some low salt to this as J says.

    put it all on one tub in the morning and then simply use that over the day

    thats not what J is saying.

    If your in a surplus your in surplus – you cant magically be in a deficit for the first 3 hours of the day. It just doesnt work that way so no matter what drugs you take you cant manipulate things to loose fat for part of the day in an offseason/surplus no.

    Very hard to answer without seeing pics but in the end its your Decision and only you can make it.

    For me if you have feel you have made some great progress and are itching to prep then it may well make sense.

    However there are so many factors with some of the main ones being:

    Age.
    Long term goals.
    How you grew during the post show phase.
    How you did last time and how prep went.

    Several people I know had issues when taking bigger doses in one hit but were fine when micro dosing daily.
