first I would drop your dose back down to 2iu and then work up to 5iu and hold there as 6iu may well be your point that you get issues.
However it seems pretty obvious to me that if 2 weeks ago here was no issues and you had been on 6iu GH for 5 weeks at this point and then you started lowering salt intake and the insane hand numbness has started then this is the issue and getting your salt back up may well rectify the problem.

subq works just as well as IM in my experience and I have had bloods done to test this, the only real change was my free testosterone was actually a little higher when doing subq.
I would just make sure to use test C and not test E as for most it seems test E causes lumps/welts when going subq for some reason myself included

I would bring the NPP back in for reduce the Eq down to 400mg as your potentially going to drive your E2 to low with that much Eq to test and no nandrolone in.
what brand of GH was it you were using, I have seen this with 2 clients recently and many before were the type of Chinese GH they are using makes every one hold a shed ton of water so it may well be worth trying a different brand

Sunday – was supposed to be a training day but I had physio work and chose to rest.
I am now not sure if the ongoing tendon issue is now actually being caused by my new work set up with sitting at a different desk set up for long periods as the pain and aggravating is at the medial epicondyle so this would make sense and is aggravated while I work.
so I have gotten some foam supports that sit on my desk under the elbow to see if this helps.

Saturday – 5 meals in

Standing lateral machine – 5 x 10-12 last 2 sets hitting failure

Diet then work back up without over eating and protect appetite
Fully agree with Kuba here, sounds to me like you just need a 4-6 week diet phase to clean up and come back down and then build back up.
Out of interest was all fine pre xmas? did you eat much off plan stuff over the xmas period?

I would keep trying different labs as some just dont get on well with certain carrier oils as suggested.
I would also try a deeper needle as well, depending on body fat levels some just need to go deeper IM

Friday – rest day today and was meant to have physio but he’s had to cancel and move it to early Sunday morning which is annoying but it is what it is.
5 meals will go in.

low carb day again today and then im going to eat up sat and sunday as both days are training days

Thursday – steps 15k
5 meals in
blood done fasted just fully hydrated at 8am.
trained biceps/legs – my tendons especially the right arm is really in a bad way if im honest to a worrying level but therapy work again 2moro.
1 arm nautilus machine as this caused no tendon pain – 6 sets of 8-12 reps – last 2 to complete failure plus partials.
No tricep work due to tendon issue.calfs – 4 x 10-12 seated calf machine.
1 leg ham curl – x 8, x 10f, x 7F
extensions – x 8, x 8, x 8, x12F, x 8F – up in reps
squat machine – x 6, x 6, x 10F – up 2 reps on last week
adductor – x 12, x 16F done with a pause at start and end of ROMi feel great, im pretty dam lean now but I want to keep pushing as its coming very comfortably. Only issue is this ongoing tendon problem and although its not the end of the world while I diet I really need it sorted for end of march.
once bloods come back I will step into a low dose cycle for 6-8 weeks as I end this cut and transition into growing.

SLU – 300mcg on wake and another 300mcg pre training
Reta – 1mg per week to start – either in a bolus dose or split MWF based on response and opinion. I find a MWF dose preferable for less digestive upset but you’ll notice more of the hunger reducing effects from a bolus dose.
Mots C – 1mg on wake daily
SS31 – 0.5mg to 1mg daily on wake.
Mots C – mix 2ml (200u) in and he 5iu gives 1mg
SS31 – 10mg divide by 1ml (100iu) gives 1mg per 10iu
I run 1 hour after waking up, so should I just do 300mcg SLU upon wake then? And then another 300mcg for my PM session?

Gradual weight push up was going to go til end of march then start dieting and then drop test down.
I don’t think I can get primo atm and I’ve never used eq so never came into my mind to be honest
Short term fix for next 4 weeks
0.5mg adex Monday and Thursday then imo.
