High prolactin and progesterone can cause acne issues in some.

I would of tested all of your hormones to get a clear picture on what needs to be addressed and not just Test and E2.

However for some people they are simply super sensitive to hormone swings change and I think it can be the change in hormones that causes the issue for these people and not just the numbers being high or normal themselves

I honestly dont think this will work well and your best sticking with what you know works well and makes you feel great.

For myself those that I know have tried meant found huge E2 and water spikes so I feel this may cause you issues like Testosterone. However as with anything you wont know unless you try it but for me its not something I have used after my first play about with to nor do I use with Clients

If chest is a serious weakness I would have all upper sessions start with chest work n have 2-4 failure sets per session based on what you feel is suitable for total
    Volume for yourself

You are training a muscle 5 times a week?

There is absolutely no advise to give , I can absolutely condone testing things , but not that, that’s dumb , there isn’t a single body builder ever that’s trained that way …. That’s for a reason

ah ok so you say it’s stupid enough to even try as an approach, do you recommend a modified fb or an upper lower? or I reduce the training days[/quote]
I would look at it this way.

Every expert has thought about every possible way that makes sense

    As has every professional

If you have never seen any one do something it means it has no merit or logic to it at all.

Stick to full body 3 x a week or EOD
    Or do upper lower – 4 x a week or 2 on 1 off.

Do things that make sense and others do and make huge progress with.

I would want the most comprehensive one you can afford before taking a step into supplements that have a detriment on blood work

Nothing wrong with it at all.

I have eaten upwards of 750g-1kg daily for months on end with no issues noted at all in myself or in blood work

    First questions are

How long has the issue been going on?

When it started has you changed anything just prior to this ?

We’re is your fluid intake day to day.

Could be several things causing the issue but most direct way to finding out initially is seeing if you can remember what you changed that caused the issue

I personally would keep it in – it’s a very small amount ( your body kicks out about 1.6 iu ) on its own so you are good to go there. Will help you keep body comp tight

Gh imo you don’t need to cycle on and off especially low doses like this

    Fully agree

I’m with Oscar. I would always initially be around 7-8 reps.

How I work is I won’t increase the load till I fail over the rep range.

So if my rep range is 6/8 I won’t increase load till I beat that. Which is getting rep 9.

    Then I’ll bump weight.

I also don’t like working in 5 rep range personally

I like continues Reps until I get very close to failure. Then I will allow a little pause at the top to allow me to get an extra 1-2 Reps on my top failure set
