    As others have said, if your on a fixed meal plan and this is focused on a prep show at just 9-10 weeks out and your grabbing burgers from restaurants I would also be saying this is not good enough and Tbh questioning why I was putting the effort in if you are happy to grab food that could contain anything.

    its not just about weighing the meat. Is about consistency int he food sources, amount of sodium etc in the food and overall quality.

    you wake up 2moro poorly or with the runs because you ate out and thats an issue caused.
    you wake up and the scale is up cos the food is heavy in sodium thats an issue caused.

    you either all in or your fucking about and most high level coaches invest alot of time and effort into the clients and strive to get the best progress every step of the way from there clients and this requires consistency across the board from the client

    if you we’re 20 weeks out id say no big deal.
    if you had done several shows, were in a good spot and had no other option id say not a big deal.

    but this seems to not be the case.

    Im also i agreement, post cut hunger is always high, its your bodies mechanism to try and restore back up energy (body fat) and you need to fat it and stay the course. Most of the time this is a harder phase than the diet itself

    You don’t really need any of these drugs to loose body fat. They simply all help and speed up the process.

    The question then becomes what brings the most with the least sides for yourself personally to get you were you want to be.

    I’ve just got very very lean with no Clen , no thyroid meds, simply just using peptides

    But if I wanted to get stage lean from here I would want to add Clen n t3.

    I also know I’ve had to drive food lower than I would ideally want to currently to get here and using Clen / t3 would have allowed me to keep food higher and thus better muscle retention.

    The reason I didn’t was simply because I was assessing the effectiveness of the peptides.

    As always you have to look at the whole picture , what your trying to achieve and assess based on your own progress

    We don’t supply sources directly here for things so you will need to find one yourself here.

    IMO 2iu on wake before Cardio will promote a little more fat loss but that’s truly all your getting.

    If your hoping to see more from the GH then you really need to be around that 4iu daily or at minimum 5-6iu every other day

    Mots c can be a game changer here for first I would want to see if there is an underlying issue etc

    Agree with Kuba – for me 3 x a week is ideal. You can get away with twice a week but may suffer more sides

    No training done, I got finished work about 1 and then had to be back for consults so we just went exploring.

    Fair do Jordan , like I said I’m passionate about things which is probably coming across the wrong to you guys.

    Apologies if I’ve annoyed you and others, wasn’t my intention at all.

    Remember as well not only have I and others answered every question you have had here but I also answered many many questions on instagram.

    We are here to help but as with anything in life if you dont listen when we continue to help and then keep asking the same stuff we will pull you on these things. Its how we all learn and its not being a dick of digging you out at all but trying a different tactic on getting you to see were you are going wrong.

    for those of us like myself and Jordan who grew up posting on BB forums that didnt have the information or access this place does we are brought up on a very harsh response if we dont listen to advice given and make mistakes.

    this for me is how we learn and how I reply here is no different to my clients or friends.

    you won’t ever get ignored here, answers will just become more direct if people are having to repeat themselves over and over

    agree this all sounds sensible to me, I would split the 250mg over 2 injects per week and then check hormones at week 8 of the cycle to assess response and if you need to change anything as well as seeing were this dose puts Test levels as it is a low dose. Personally for me I would always go 300mg as sometimes based on genetic response and dosing of lab 250mg may not put you much over natural test levels hence checking bloods being important

    If blood work is all fine now then arguably you are fine to go on cycle so if 12 weeks is the only show you can do then so be it.

    I would want to start cycle soon as. What do you intend to do to control E2 or do you know these doses will be totally fine ?

    T3/ clen you start if and when you need to based off how much per week you need to drop from your calculations and how aggressive you need to be from the start

    Bloodwork just came back, everything is perfect, hdl is back in the 60s. Creatinine, sgot, sgpt however are high, respectively 2.0, 50,54.

    This is a mid cycle I know I can tolerate perfectly without any sides nor need for e2 control

    Lay ham curl – x 8, x 8, x 6f
    Extensions- x 8x x8, x 9f
