I did a blood test last year and thyroid was slightly low according to Vicky, though in normal range. as were the hormones I should probably do another bloodtest soon enough. Stool transit time is really good, I poop after almost every meal, even during the night

I would want to check all thyroid levels and hormone levels and try and get these in as good ranges as possible

How long did you pull all of those foods out for ?

did you pull out all supplements?

The higher E2 reading tells me your either E2 sensitive or your BF is not eh higher side.

How is your current BF ?

I would look at splitting the test E into 3 jabs MWF

IME following a vegetarian based approach can cause quite allow of issues for most people in terms of Digestion.

I would look at reading up on low fodmap foods and trying to utlise foods form this list as much as possible and then using something like TBJP vegan protein to make sure you get your protein intake in.

Also TBJP digest pro would be a great addition

Have you tested

Hormones – via blood
Thyroid – via bloods
Stool transit time ? Simple home testing ?

Did you pull all supplements out to ?

Hello bud – so your symptoms in terms of Digestion are not IMO normal at all and should be able to be rectified through looking more closely at foods etc and what sits right.

Ive worked with vicky myself on helping her fix her digestive issues and we had to pull out alot of foods for prolonged periods of time

for me if thats your current diet set up and your still having issues then there is alot that can be done to potentially improve things.

I would be pulling out the yogurt, avocado, oats first as these are very common causes of stomach pain/cramps/gas and slow Bowel movements for alot of people.,

I dont think you look watery at all and just think its body fat

It doesn’t look like an alignment issue. It looks like there is tightness in the left scapula/lat that is stopping you from opening up properly so I would recommend getting alot of deep tissue in that area – lat/rhomboids, teres/rear delt/pec.

Thanks for your reply mate! So I tried reducing all those foods and more in the past, I went with basically just chicken rice and veg but didn’t see any improvements what so ever, I wonder if it’s just my body’s stressed so it doesn’t process things as it should?

Maybe it’s just fullness as Vicky says, I’m eating quite a lot to be fair. When the problems started happening I was depleted and overactive.

Could something like an antibiotic be necessary?
How long did you remove all of these foods for ? 4-6 weeks ?

Did you truly remove them all ?

I would simply run the cycle for 20-22 weeks.

8-10 dieting
Rest growing

Then move to cruise, makes most sense to me.

Agree with J

If pushing nandrolone like that I would always be focused on controlling E2 otherwise you’ll run into big problems.

I would go with his changes. Run for 5-6 weeks and then asses how you feel.

If you wanted to keep things higher and like experimenting then EQ for alot will work much better at controlling E2 n allow to push other drugs up without n AI

Cut the test in half , replace with primo , you will feel MUCH better instantly

It’s the test dose that is always the killer , alongside the nandrolone and mast

ATM my test dose is 20mg / day , because it just doesn’t need to be higher when you have nandrolone in too

Agree with J here. 100%

Sounds like massive over thinking to me TBH – especially considering the effects on health markers from steroids for most are minimal if at all.

could you do this – possibly – how effective would it be I have no idea as I have never heard of any BB adding in direct estrogen to allow for more primo use – now this doesn’t mean it wont work it just doesn’t make much sense to me.

Driving primo up IMO seems to put as much stress on HDL as any other steroid does in terms of infection stuff IMO.

Its very hard to answer this question for myself as the thought process just doesn’t make sense to me at all based on all I know but maybe some one else has more thoughts

I do feel one just has to accept that if they want to abuse steroids no matter the complex way they feel they can negate side effects there are going to be side effects and impact on bloods and there is just no way around that – how much of an impact is person depending and very minimal for alot of people.

Over thinking? No, just thinking. Actually, not much thinking if we’re being honest with ourselves. All of about 5 minutes. Many are pushing ridiculous doses, living unhealthy lifestyles, and neglecting to check bloods while abusing AAS. Yet, I am ‘overthinking’ by considering possible healthier routes.

No, this is preparation with small mental energy use. I’m not saying that I’m pondering some path with no negative health affects, as I’ve stated. Instead, I’m looking for a discussion with educated folk as yourself.
over thinking massively doesnt need to take a long time at all – it just needs to be over thinking the main goal which is simply and has been effectively achieved for years.

It also looks like the whole team of educated folk which include some the best bodybuilders and coaches in the country all seem to agree which should tell you something.

there are none of those many on here – however we are all abusing drugs -what you are planning is abuse. This is always ironic to me that when people seem to come up with what may be a super clever idea using different drugs at lower doses its some how not abuse.

Make no mistake- every one of us are abusing all of these drugs as none of them were invented or prescribed/intended to be used to make us simply look and perform better.

There is no harm at all in thinking like this or discussing it for sure – it just very much seems to me like your looking at all of these ‘what ifs’ and pathways to closely and missing the simple picture which is what Kuba laid out and I tried to.

Which ultimately to me is what over thinking is no matter the time spent on it.

This is also just me having a discussion with you on this, by no means me having a dig or saying the idea is silly. It just simply makes no sense to me based now my own personal understanding or what I have seen and read over the last almost 20 years.

For example – ive just put 45-50lb on a client post show using just 300mg test and 100mg primo – all health markers come back in range post show bar a little liver stress – just over range.

Very simple.
very effective
Very basic

As thats what we all knows works – he is still leaner than most would class as lean when they diet down just to rebound also.

So for me and im sure the rest of the guys, When we all see results like this all of the time because our clients are nailed on with every other aspect this type of thinking really just doesn’t seem to make sense when what we all know works simply works without the negative impacts you mention 🙂

I love to discuss and debate and can go like this all day but somethings like this are harder when to me they simply make no sense, which is what I was trying to get across in my initial post.

Sunday – Cardio done on wake

Trained after meal 1 which was just a shake with no carbs etc due to having my off plan meal last night – trained like this allows me to deplete a little quicker and get digging at some more fat which is still the goal this next 2 weeks.

All meals in.

Trained delts/chest in lloyds and then hour in the spa before I got Arilena back which was a very good morning.

Cable Y raises – x 10F, x 8F, x 15F
Seated Db front raises – x 8, x 15F, x 8f
Seated Db lateral raises – x 8, x 12F/8F – 2 sets same weight
Machine press – 3 second neg and dead stop – x 8, x 8, x 8, x 7F 0 been super careful with the torn pec side

chest press machine – x8, x 8, x 8 – all hard working sets – x 6F, x 14F

Stairs – 15 minutes.

afternoon with Arilena on her scooter down at the water front which was real nice –

I agree with Clare – I would also want to make sure my mental health was my priority above all else.

I have a few clients that take the SSRI and use AAS alongside with no issues as long as they only stick to drugs that dont seem to cause issues.
