there is no correct answer at all here.

If your health markers are good, your blasts are sensible etc and your not seeing huge swings in weight then I see no reason to stop running cycles until you decide you wish not to.

Now this completely changes if you blast aggressively and health markers suffer and never come back in range.

I cant see any liver readings here?

Are you currently taking steroids?
Are you taking any health supplements?

Did you rest before the blood being drawn? Were you fully hydrated?

Creatine/eGFR reads can and are usually skewed from high urea due to high protein consumption and dehydration due to training around the blood being drawn – this can drastically skew these nu,bers.

Hb1ac – this is the only read I would be concerned with – what is your body fat like truthfully. How much cardio do you do daily? How often do you exercise per week ?

Could be high E2
Could be low E2
Could be proloactin
could be fake gear.

Hence you can see why we always recommend getting blood work done

the chances of recomping when natural or TRT are IMO very unlikely unless you are coming from a untrained state.

In terms of being able to add muscle and loose some body fat at the same time ultimately this is were drugs come in to play more so than anything else – however obviously training/cardio/food play a role to

Thank you mate. I read something about P5P being the bioavailable version and the HCL version having slightly higher toxicity risk. I don’t pretend for one second to understand the science on this though so thought I’d see if anyone else has better insights.

Thank you for the reply. Is there a minimum dosage you’d advise? The tabs I’ve got are 250mg so thinking of starting at 500mg and see how I get on; run bloods in 4-6 weeks.

I would agree and go in at 500mg – then check bloods in 6 weeks bud

Inflation will always be around. Which means Leger and other clinics will put up their prices each year as a response to rising costs. This is the same for Asda who will bump up the cost of your food. JP will put up the cost of his protein if it costs more to produce. Train companies will put up the cost of their tickets. You get what I am saying. Ultimately if these clinics put up the price too much patients will leave and go elsewhere so they are not going to put up the costs to the point that patients cannot afford to use their services.

I understand how inflation works thanks mate lol

I am more getting at the prices sky rocketing. from what i can see Leger is the only reasonably priced clinic, but if you have to pay for your own bloods and use test c or e even at Leger prices it can become quite expensive quite quickly .

Optimale is prices from £60 – £110 per month, (dont that even includes bloods) if Leger decided to go in line with them then 100s if not 1000s of people could find themselves paying £1300 (approx) per year, if you required trt for the next 35 year for in stance thats £46000 , that is quite alarming to me..
Based on the fact that most people would not be able to afford this I could never se it happening.

Remember any business needs to stay in line with what customers can afford.

this truly feels to me like trying to find something to worry about that is likely never going to exist TBH.

Also did you factor in that if you were left with a completely shut down HPTA axis then the NHS would simply prescribe you TRT ? And there would be nothing to worry about at all ?
That is exactly the kind of reply i was looking for .

And maybe what you said about the NHS prescribing is something that i could consider later down the line. If i started TRT now then i years to come maybe i persuade my GP to prescribe, if i said i could not afford or no longer had an option of private clinic.

Great input as always Peter , thanks again mate 🙂
My pleasure bud – you could simply go to the NHS docs and get them to test blood work – it would show test levels were low and they would likely move on from there.

Especially if you had been on TRT –

had the best afternoon with Arilena taking her out on her new scooter to see the sheep and then chasing her up and down the stress. Followed by the longest she has ever sat still on the couch with snacks and a film which was just fantastic to cuddle and watch a film.

And to add – if you need to Clear this up then you are screwed in reality as not one person here can predict what any one will do in the future 🙂

or I would be more focused on predicting lottery numbers than what a TRT clinic may do
