    Sunday – Rest day and thus i have missed back this week so will train 2moro.

    2 x 25 minute dog walks one

    At a kids event with Arilena this afternoon 12-5pm

    Woke up an still felt sore from massage yesterday so choose to rest instead of train this AM

    I see no reason to lower the Test.

    If you want to advance the cycle 200mg mast E would be a good move to increase total load.

    GH im with J and 4iu is what you want to make it worthwhile running. Even if its not every day and say 4iu pre gym I would prefer this over 2iu daily

    EOD will defo be better IMO and you could go further and micro dose daily for even better hormone profile

    TRT is IMO the best option here – you can control your hormones to keep you in the most optimal place and avoid any crash.

    so your testosterone levels are pretty decent – yes TRT can make them higher with no ill effect to health markers but just factor in if you want to come off this they may not come back to this.

    They likely will keep declining as you age naturally tho and this is more or less fact for most.

    Saturday – 2 x 25 minute dog walks

    Rest day and deep tissue this AM which was dam painful. I still have carpets that need dragging out the house and taking to the skin which is not ideal but needs must.

    5 meals will go in.

    I usually start people with 3 caps per day – meals 1/3/5 for example and then work up from there.

    However this is very depending on person and food intake. For some one on higher amounts of carbs then I would go as Kuba and Kamara say

    Carbs ill usually keep people at around 50-70g in general based on digestion etc and how they feel. Ill then build up carbs until it gets quite high and from here potentially look to add more fats when we need more kcal.

    Its just very person depending based on what the individual responds to better and also enjoys more

    Does it tend to be post meals 10am and 1pm? As his would make sense.

    Your basically loading up on sugars around training and then going protein only with a tiny bit of sugar from pineapple and fibre from peas. So there is know lower longer lasting/slower digesting carbs here to maintain BG levels.

    Then as Kuba says your taking drugs to improve insulin sensitivity which means your body is even more reactive to my first point and then environment you are creating.

    Yes mate it is at these times, so would I be better off lowering the high gi carbs at post work out and putting a tad of lower gi carbs with 10 am meal and 1pm meal ?
