Pull day usually always includes bicep work so I see no issues with this.
Its just making sure you use volume that drives progress and allows for enough recovery

I see no issues with increasing the join in first and foremost.
I do think with your job Full body is a little to much especially for some one that has long term knee issues. Its very hard to advise what would be best without assessing how things play out over time,
I would be very tempted with 2 x upper sessions and 1 x lower session. Keeping the lower session possibly higher in reps with true perfect form.
I would also make sure to stretch pre and post.
Train in tight sport leggings.

How do you know you have kidney damage is the first question?
What supplements do you take and have you been taking?

Make sure nutrition intake and supplements are all bang on.
Don’t over train and do to much in the gym. Your body needs to be healthy and recover to get test levels back in a good spot
Could the low test be the reason I couldnt restore body composition as I wanted after holiday. I mean maybe the hormone imbalance could affect that? And could also maybe be a reason to why I’m very loose and not as hard. I mean libido is completely gone etc.[/quote]

What would you do in my situation here? Calories have increased and the weight have gone up around 2kg in about 10 days, I guess that’s my glycogen being filled up. Steps are at 15-16k and have 45min cardio walking incline on my 2 rest days. So output still kinda high but currently not working so I guess recovery is as good as it can be. Sleep is improving night by night, training progress every session now. When I’m writing this I feel like am answering my own question which would be to lay low and just give it time. But if you were me would you do something more or less, add something in supplementation like zinc or something like that to speed up the recovery. [/quote]
I would be patient and keep assessing the feedback – its literally something you need to adjust based on what your body does and tells you.Impossible for us here to tell you exactly what to do

i would say a sensible move would be to taper I down from week 3 to 6, that is what I do with clients making similar changes

This ill make your body more efficient over time and thus it will become easier to diet over time and managing body composition will also be easier.
However I do feel there would certainly be a benefit of using things like Mots C and SLU to keep your metabolism running more efficiently for sure but personally I would want to focus on having my body running more efficiently and turning into the machine I want it to be.
for example I used to have to really suffer to get even close to decent shape and struggled to stay lean. Now I struggle to get fat in all honestly and get lean pretty comfortably. Obviously not talking stage lean here

Doing that imo warrants some basal use at 10iu as a start point and then monitor fasting bg and bg before some meals through the day , you can creek that Lantus dose based on food totals to 12/14/16/18/20 . Just watch for BG escalation and know that once it starts to climb , you need to stop taking weight up , as IS is shot

I dont usually have insulin in the post show phase no – you are already super insulin sensitive and will have no issues with food uptake etc etc. if anything it can lead to a higher chance of having a hypo and then risk of over eating.
There are some specific situations were we may have it in, for example if there is a weak body part and you are putting alot of food and focus here.
if your using a very high dose of GH and need insulin to control BG

personally I think its silly to have the Reta increased when its hurting your ability to eat. I would taper this back to 1.5mg per week and see if this helps.
GHRP 6 will help with hunger however for sure – it needs to be taken 20 minutes prior to meals 3 x a day – I would go with meal 1, PWO and second to last meal personally

So based on this pic I would use the first phase of the cycle to cut and get. Little leaner before then reversing into a growth phase. I would bring the drugs in and simply sit were you are with food and asses body comp changes.
cycle looks fine but IMO 100mg tren would suffice
GH – I would have 4iu pre gym on training days and pre bed on rest days.Reta – based on experience with clients I would start at 2.5mg per week – split over 2-3 doses or you can micro dose daily. I dont think it matters to much when you take it but personally I have not ran it myself to confirm.
You can continue with your HCg if you find it useful for yourself
