this has happened to me recently injecting Test/primo – it seems to be the solvents more than anything.

However it was not as bad as when I have had it with tren and I felt like I was going to collapse lol

based on this weight you should be able to slightly increase carbs and stay around 71kg and know exactly were you need to be come weigh day to make weight no issues and then move on from here

I would love to here your opinion on how dhts actually lower estrogenlevels.

But as far as my knowledge goes its not entirley correct that a dht actually lowers estrogen.

I personally feel like Steve should estimate how much test he can handle without sideffects as ED. When he found this personal spot he can drive progress libido with a dht as needed.

I think that would be a more controllable way than to throw a dht ontop of a dose that he cant handle without dht.

In fact doing it this way doesnt say that he could not be able to add more test if more dht is used!

From hundreds of peoples blood work myself included I have seen both the additions of masteron and primo reduce E2 on blood work quite drastically in most individuals.

Many/most on here use these drugs as ways of combatting E2 in all cycles.

masteron seems to be more effective than primo in around 90% of individuals IMO.

For me it makes no sense to use less and less test just to keep E2 in range as for some this may be 150-200mg and then driving masteron up can actually make E2 low – I have seen this in several people.

they key as you say – finding the perfect balance for that person but when I am looking at maximising a cycle I certainly would not want a client running TRT doses of test or just above to keep E2 in range and then looking to drive up Mast to try and build muscle and send E2 in the gutter. The outcome would be far from ideal.

The key for myself is in finding a dose/combination of drugs you feel best on, perform best on and make the most progress on while health markers stay in range.

Woke up and felt ok – Cardio done no issues

As the day went on I seemed to get worse and started with the runs.

Got all work done and then slept for 90 minutes. Didn’t feel much better so no training today.

Not ideal – missed 2 meals also.

Hoping 2moro is a better day

sounds to me like you have had you’re E2 to high for 2 long and this has then raised prolactin and possibly progesterone over time which all has led to skin issues.

I would make sure you do the below this cycle.

200mg test and 200mg primo split MWF injections.

At weeks 6-7 get blood work done ideally on a monday and see were your Test, E2, prolactin, progesterone is on this drug mix. Everything should be very balanced at this point.

this will then tell you if your running high some were or if everything is good and then you can asses from here

Hi there,

Do blood work! Estradiol/E2, Test, prolactin at least.

Then set up your cycle in a way to control your E2. That was being said already basically (high frequency injection intervals, test only as high as toleratable – even if that means just trt dose, AI use should be avoided if possible). Drive your progress with dht´s drost/primo if you are that sensitive.

BUT: (why i am answering) Drost or primo will NOT lower your estrogen! So please do not expect to “fix” high e2 with adding drostanolone! Keep your e2 in range and then add dht to drive progress don´t try to use it to fix the issue. Some people think this works, but it´s not true.

your erectile function doesnt depend on e2 or test levels alone but on the ratio to some degree. So if E2 is raised and you add drost it can better your ED but it doesn´t fix the issue in the first place, you will feel a lot better if you control your E2 correctly and then add a DHT mate! If more DHT is in the system you might tolerate some more E2 without side effects but like mentioned before, control your E2, drost wont do the job it might only help to lower symptoms.

Thursday – Weight 233lb

Was up all night with Arilena as she is poorly still – She literally woke crying every 2 hours from going to bed ate 7ish the poor little thing so not a great night at all bless her.

Cardio was just steps today.

Rest day and I have started to feel better and better as the day has gone on.

All meals in but have switched out 2 meals for shake options as my throat is sore and hunger was down.

hoping to wake feeling better again but alot of this will depend on how Arilena sleeps
