Love heart I would suggest full dose.

Vital support at 1/2 dose for a natural is imo fine

do you keep a day to day dairy and notes over the week?

Was there something you have added in recent weeks that runs in line with the digestion issues starting?

How many steps are you doing per day?

    Are you doing any cardio?

As this makes a huge difference in digestion.

Are you getting enough fluid in daily?

I would initially drop out all green beans for spinach.

I may look to try a fibre supplement also.

I would also drop the banana out.

These would all be my first moves.

I honestly think it might be the cinnamon, I pulled it completely, also my fibre has steadily increased along with the volume of food because I’ve obviously added more rice, but also more fruit like bananas. I am going to pull the green beans like you said, up the spinach a bit because that has never bothered my stomach, and keep the cinnamon out. I’m not doing any LISS or HIIT right now, but I’m getting 12k steps divied up between a morning walk before any food (3k) and the rest between meals.

Why does everyone here go to the banana? I am interested in that, when I was kid I learned that it was good for your stomach, obviously that is not the case in this scenario though. Would swapping it out for pineapple and rice be workable? I do think it was my mass consumption of cinnamon and higher fibre too. I will pull green beans, swap for some spinach, pull cinnamon, and see how that feels. Interested as to the banana though, I will pull that too.
Bananas are a common trigger food imo.

Pineapple would be better in terms of digestion for sure

It would be the first I’ve heard of cinnamon causing it’s but anything is possible for sure
Alright, thanks a ton Hilly. And it was a lot of cinnamon, probably nearing 15g a day. I was just dousing my chicken and rice meals in it (tasted amazing though LOL).
Haha well that might be different then

The question just makes no sense bud.

Why are you running the drugs. What is the goal

What is your current physique- pics etc

    What is previous use

I think alot of us are like this especially ones in this game.

I also find it hard not to work or do something. If my partner doesn’t want to do something and the baby isn’t here/in bed then I immediately will work or work on something.

I know I need to make sure I have some down time but its hard to force myself to.

What I have done this last week is in my day to day journal blocked out time to just do nothing but sit with my partner or go for a walk that doesn’t include listening to educational stuff or learning on my phone or working on my phone.

Sometimes I have realised I am focused on something and working in some form literally every hour of the day and it does build up over time.

I would suggest trying something similar – I do feel its important to have time were your having a true break. Even the most successful, busiest people take some time out or trips away were they make sure to do no work from my reading.

Thanks Hilly, I completely relate to what you said, even a walk means a podcast about bodybuilding for me and taking notes haha. I might try to schedule it in my day and not just let it happen for starters and feel bad about it. If the rest is structured in might feel better at the start, even though it may sound like a fcked up situation to some?

During preps I make sure to watch something non BB related during cardio

As I was literally switched into something all day n it was really getting to me I noticed after a while.

Defo worth having some down time.

I read a lot to and enjoy this a lot – nothing BB related

Yes some compounds thicken blood so it’s always wise to give blood as bodybuilders. Thick blood will stesss the heart which is never good. It’s actually a good thing to give blood even if someone isn’t using PEDS, or even weight training. Body regenerates all the time, there’s no harm in helping that process and taking stress off the organs that do this

    Exactly this.

If your looking for maximum growth with better Estrogen control

200mg test , 200mg EQ , 200mg NPP split MWF imo would be a great cycle.

You can then get bloods done at week 5 n base changes / step forward on this and results.

You could switch the EQ for mast. It would depend on the person , blood work etc as to which I went with

Test and primo as above would be decent to buy imo this would give more maximum growth and if your not sure on getting real primo I wouldn’t risk it

I have had some great results with 0 impact on health markers with clients of your age and a little older doing no more than 200mg test and 200mg primo or masteron.

We made sure to be using all the health supplements we should

Kept cardio in etc at all times.

We limited time on to 12 weeks and time on true art to 12 weeks with bloods in the middle of the cycle and end etc.

150mg mg with just put most top end of normal to just above and most should be able to maintain a very good look on this.

However you can make little steps forward if you want more and still remain healthy.

The big however is. – How much of everything else do you have nailed on – Is your training 100% truly and designed to benefit you at your age – not causing over training or joint issues.

Is your nutrition on point 95% of the time.

the reason I say this is if its not then maybe making sure this is all as it should be would get you the look you want without needing to titrate up from TRt.

There are also other healthy avenues – GH , metformin, inject L car, potential low dose insulin – All Imo would if anything do more for your health and recovery and have no impact at all

    Just some thoughts

    Thanks Hilly.

    I value your thoughts.

Do you generally have most of your clients in their 40’s & 50’s training 4 x week in the gym?
No.

    Some 3

    Some 4

    Some 5

Based on what we’re doing at the current time. I like to adjust this based on recovery n progress.

Those with manual jobs or poorer recovery may differ to
Those with desk jobs for example

Those that work off shore will have a change from when away to when home Etc etc
