Hi Becks, I would recommend using Rohm Labs Anavar if you can get hold of it. This is the only lab that completely stopped selling Anavar when the raw materials weren’t available. As opposed to bottling up something else and selling it as Anavar. This tells me a lot about the producers. In terms of dosages and cycle lengths I’m not experienced enough in dealing with women using Anabolics so I’ll let some of the guys answer that for you!

Personally I would be trying to bring this estrogen down.

if you inject just once per week try splitting this into 3 x a week injects or even daily would help better.

However most importantly are you getting any estro sides?

if you feel good and dont have any then its not a huge concern IMO as you putting yourself over the range with a bigger dose of test so Estro is going to be elevated

It may be a skewed reading on the blood work for sure.

So your around 2.5 weeks post last hormone injection.

In your previous cycles have you had any breakouts like this during this same time frame.

If not then its potentially either the fact you have been super ill in hospital, likely sweating a lot and hormones could of been skewed which could of resulted in he break out.

It could also be the Dex I suppose but I am not educated on this drug but from a quick read I see no reports of it causing breakouts but this is the first time I have ever looked into the drug so can’t say for sure if it could be caused by this.

I would post pics of the bloods and we can guide more.

Thanks for the help! I came in at 71 nmol/L so mine is a little underdosed it seems.

Remember we are all slightly different also so genetically this may be normal for you.

However I would not be unhappy with this reading from 400mg test – its not far off and you can simply increase the dose if you wish to to meet the actual dose you wanted

Traine fasted first thing today as we were off to York with the baby at 12 and had work to do before this.

Decent shoulders/tri session although 6am sessions are not my favourite. Ran out of time for chest

Nothing hitting failure all stopping just pre that failure rep.

Seated side lateral machine – 3 work sets – 8-10
Rope front raise – 3 work sets – 8-10
Standing cable lateral raise – 3 work sets – 15 plus

Crucifix push down – 4 work sets 8-12 reps
OH extensions – 5 sets of 10-12 reps

Im going to be honest I have never seen Liver values this high.

I would be getting a second test done immediately to confirm these are correct and coming off everything.

The main thing we would need to see here is blood work to see what is causing the issue or potentially causing he issue
