If you have a gd t3 output this may Actually make it worse.
T3 at 12.5 would be below the normal recommendation dose to put you mid to high range

How close to the blood sample did you inject testosterone and hcg ?
If it was close it may of skewed things.
I doubt the hcg is damaged tbh. It’s quite versatile I believe.
What brand are you using ? The testosterone may be over dosed.
We would expect a reading like this to come from 350-400mg testosterone
