Its not me who needs help. I did my bloods before him, so its it his we should be focusing on since he got the problems. I just wrote mine since im also curious how to determine what optimal levels in e2 is.

The one with the issues is on TRT dosages 150mg a week on a legit brand, hes e2 levels is 90pmol with problems like libido which is the biggest concern now. More easy to get irritated and slight joint pain but getting stronger in the gym. Hes not high in BF so hes not going to convert more e2 because of that.

What should be normal e2 levels? How do you know you find “your sweet spot” if there is one? Im trying to help him out with knowledge on this board.

I would look to maximising gh and some metformin potentially during off season alongside current nutrition and training

At best some ostarine which I find very useful with female clients.

If n it’s a big if you were wanting to maximise progress and be competitive as quickly as possible then short cycles of 5mg var could be used.

It’s not our job to tell you what to do just lay out the possibilities and our opinions / experience of what is best / safest / least sides

Yet still in line with your want for progress and time frame.

Agree with the above. She can make a lot of progress from here naturally depending on guidance and genetics

Then there are things like GH , metformin, ostarine as first steps for me

Then 5mg var as another progress. This could carry you 12-24 months n beyond of progress.

U can get it lab tested. Cost for one sample is about 70-80€. I use Janoshik and this way u can always be sure that what ur taking is actually what u want to take.

Just for steroidal hormones or for each parameter?

In addition to that, is medicheck high sensitivity?

@Hilly Should the deafult ranges, which are used for conventional parameters, be taken into consideration in the same way when using high sensitivity?

My logic would tell be a high sensitivity test is just giving a more accurate reading but the ranges would stay the same.

However although I’m pretty well versed on reading blood work
I am not a professional in the process etc so I can’t honestly say how the different test might change parameters to any scientific certainty
