I think you need to look at your cycle design.

Try to run cycles that hold less water for you. Controlling hormones better etc.

    Keeping testosterone at 2-300mg.

Then using primo / EQ and ‘dryer’ drugs.

Get bloods done and keep estro etc middle of range.

Then from here as kuba stated a drug like that may help especially if BP is elevated.

Simply maintaining a better composition and fitness level is imo most important

From experience this is not uncommon in some people.

It seems to be from the elevated temperature, sweating and overall stress on the body from training legs.

I had a client that found training in a vest so he didn’t sweat as much n got air to his skin made things much better compared to training in a hoody.

    Just something to try.

I am not sure of the reason why this is happening bar the above however so can’t give a scientific reason.

Have you had your bloods done / hormones checked ?

    So J

Your results show things can get better.

This is good but I agree they are still very low

    What is your

    Sleep like

    Training schedule

    Work schedule

    Bodyfat levels

    Stress ?

How much fat are your getting daily n were from.

At your age n I have said this before I would be doing all I can to get my test levels up naturally for 6-12 months.

If I had tried everything then I would certainly be going the Trt route.

Having sat at extremely low testosterone for almost a year I know how horrible it is

    Hey Hilly,

Im sleeping 7-8 hours a night, I train 4-5 days a week, I currently don’t work as I am in uni right now, my body fat levels are around 10-12% I would say, and stress is very low in my life. I don’t stress about things I cannot control. Fats are 50 on training days and 60 on off days. I weight 138. Getting My fats from avocado, eggs mostly. Been eating like this for 2-3 years. I have been feeling like this for years now, as I think it’s genetic and I finally got everything tested.
Do you have your lh and fsh levels ?

I would bump fats up to 80/90g.

I would reduce training to 3 days a week.

I would include some daily cardio outdoors.

I would include 10-15g high quality fish oil in that fat total.

If this doesn’t help and everything else is as you say then I certainly would be speaking to my doctor regarding Trt

Just be aware of the full implications of this life long path.

I’d also get a sperm test m consider freezing some of its good n you decide to go the Trt route

Its true that low testosterone correlates with lethargy, low-libido, fat gain, poor exercise recovery and depression. However, testosterone levels themselves can be lowered by severe lack of sleep and/or severe psychological stress and/or severe over-training and/or malnutrition. And each of these stressors can independently cause all of the symptoms of low testosterone, irrespective of the testosterone level. So when a stressed out, burned out, over-trained and malnourished patient tests with low testosterone, you shouldn’t need a PhD in biochemistry to realise that the testosterone is probably not the root cause of their problems or symptoms. The obvious solution is to improve your mental health, reduce the stress, over work, overtraining and malnourishment.
The problem is your life, your diet and/or your training. 6 months down the track when these problems still exist, you’ll realise that you’ve now dug yourself an even bigger hole with going on HRT and that the problem is still there

This would all be true if you new anything abt his life lolol

How about asking him if he has worked on improving all of this stuff.

Instead of presuming he hasn’t ?‍♂️?‍♂️
Did you even read my first post in the thread? ??
Maybe, J isn’t aware of the implications these factors have on T levels (just taking a guess here due to his response to my question asked in ‘my first post’….the one you missed.)
Yes , my post still stands. You could of asked not told him his problem.

We don’t know hence why I asked

If you were my client with all this information

    I would have you do

    150mg test
    150mg primo

Per week split into 2 jabs

Then take blood at week 6

No issues on bloods or with gyno you could run this for 16-20 weeks no issues

You could based on bloods n feedback go to 200 test n 200 primo

    Very much person depending

    T3 controls metabolism

This will reduce on prep naturally – which means you then need to lower food n increase output even more –

This would very much likely cause muscle loss or the potential

Using t3 to keep levels in a healthy range makes a lot of sense for some

Certainly not all my clients use

Then if one needs to speed up fat burning you can increase the drug for that to.

Remember drugs do a job – it’s simply a matter of do you need them to do that job at that time

If you had the perfect off season , perfect prep then you may not need

If you genetically don’t see a decrease in t3 on blood work during prep you may not need

You may need for a host of reasons

Thank you for your replies The reason I ask is I’ve been taking TRT for last year and after repeated tests and manipulating dosages I found that 25mg Test Cyp 3xweek put me in high normal range as I’m a slow metabliser I get a lot out of a little For last few months I’ve added 100mg Masteron and upped Test to 100mg a week just to regain some muscle for The Summer I had my levels tested and they came back as slightly lower than on my usual 75mg which seemed strange

    That seems very strange

So your taking more than double the test plus 100mg mast yet your testosterone level was lower ?
