Is it better to use the infrastructure of a firm with a ‘mixed view’ reputation or build your own?
Expansion is never instant, but worth the wait. 👌🏼

Looks good.
As the guys have said, progression isn’t always instant, for a run of sessions your 7th (for eg) rep will get easier and easier and easier until the 8th offers itself.

Agree with Rich on this. If you train 2on 1off with intent and accuracy, you’ll be glad of the rest day every 3 days.

Just do a rear delt fly whilst you’re at the cable stations already.

I stopped at “I’m seeing slow but consistent results”
That’s where the gold is bud. There’s no fast track method to this, it’s a game of repetition and patience.
Upper/Lower is giving consistent progress. So keep doing the thing that’s giving you what you want. 🤷🏻♂️

I’ve done steps on wake, cardio later and cardio on wake fasted and steps later and it doesn’t really change anything for me. Notice zero difference at all because my steps aren’t all done in one hit. I break them up throughout the day.

For beginner/intermediates I’d say 1 set per movement. Jordan did what worked for him and his recovery capabilities. I’d never get away with replicating it, most wouldn’t tbh.

Do you recover for your next Lower with 5 sets quads?
You could go with something like this…
Abs x 2/3
Leg Curls x 2
Hip Thrust/Glute Drive x 2
Leg Extensions x 2
RDL x 1
Leg Press x 1
Calves x 2You arrange the order to suit, I’ve ordered it this was so you get a bit of respite between your big ham/glute lifts. In 3 days time you’d do Lower A and be fresh (if not, lower volume).

Not tried it personally, but my initial thought would be if people need to use a seatbelt on a hack then they’re lifting too heavy and can’t control the loading in the first place.
Fixing form with a manageable load seems like a more constructive fix to improve stability and form.
Seatbelts have their place, especially on seated leg machines where you have no contact through the feet, but a hack isn’t the one IMO.IG: @benners_23

Just to be clear, are you doing Upper Lower A&B or Full Body EOD? If it’s the latter, are you doing 2 variations?

Agree with the gang re: execution. If that’s on point then start prioritising them in your split by training that bodypart first in the session.

Agree with the girls here, take your meal with you. Ideally something that can’t be spoiled. Chocolate Hazelnut CoR with Banoffee Whey and some fruit.
I have mine with me for post session and either eat it in the gym or car before I go home.
How do you prep your COR to have it ready for you post workout James? Do you just keep it in the car with the whey drip already on it and the berries already mixed in? Or do you drink your whey and have berries separate? Many thanks[/quote]
I bake my CoR into a cake/brownie at home before I go to the gym, then I’ll mix the whey paste at the time I’m eating it and add fruit from Tupperware that I already had prepped.Sounds more complicated than it is, takes me a minute max.
Other days I’ll mix CoR with water and stick it in the gym microwave, then add whey paste and fruit. Delish!!!
