Slin pin is that (Look below), and is it long enough to get into the delts, pecs, lats?
    27G 0,40 x 13mm
    30G 0,30 x 13mm
    Thanks.
Any notice yet from the BPC and TB? Really looking forward following you on that.

Hey bud I’ll post a pic of a slin pin below do you can see – deffo good for delts/chest/lats/quads etc

Tbh I think it is actually working yes, I don’t wanna do a full review just yet but it’s deffo helping with the pain.

I’m 2 weeks in now and improvements are noticeable – but we’re not out of the woods yet. I will keep you posted here on my log ????

I personally don’t really connect with it that well and also feel that it aggravates my shoulder. I wouldn’t suggest not to do it, but personally for me there are more effective exercises that I prefer

Literally anywhere in the meatiest bit on the outer quad. Pick the part with the deepest muscle and shoot around there. Use a slin pin of course.

Shoulders is super easy too. I’d probs start there tbh bud ????

Feeling good at 12 weeks out now. Deffo noticing a lot more lines and detail literally everyday. I think this time out will be my leanest yet. We still have so many factors to use that we’re not utilising so far from drugs to cardio etc.

I had some good results with tb500 for my elbow pain, did sub q but didn’t take it long enough so make sure you ran it 2-3 months. Did Jordan give u a protocol for dosage? I did 4mg a week.
Progress pictures looking incredible, body changing rapidly. Tried finding the diet section to see how you’re eating?
One thought since I have my elbow pain I have trouble with push movements and cant go as heavy as I want too. You go little lighter and more sets to increase volume?

Oh and bud with training when there’s pain you really do just have to auto regulate it. Don’t do an exercise because it’s in your plan if it hurts. Swap it or don’t do it. Remember healer and function is key. Without that we cannot do anything.

Deffo look to go lighter load and higher volume when there’s pain bud and then adjust as you see fit

Hi joe, massive fan of yours so naturally I looked straight for your training plan, I assume with 2 sets for most exercises that’s a load and a back off set. But how would you go about attacking some of the exercises with 3 sets?

Hey Ed, apologies I haven’t updated this. I am currently training a bit differently as I’m at home but with regard to your question I would prefer a higher rep set 15/20 to start then a heavier set 8-10, and finish again on a higher volume set.

Thanks for the support too buddy please ask anything you wish on my log 🙂

    Yes bro! Hope you’re good

I worked out doses myself from speaking with some friends who have used it a good bit – tb500 5mg a week and bpc157 pretty high at 5mg over 8 days shot locally am and pm because if the 1/2 life – seems to be working and we’re just over a week in but we’ll see.

Thanks man yeah feeling good I’ll get some more pics up next couple days. Click on my name then click diet/cycle/training at the top – I’m going To update it now 🙂

You don’t always have to wait until you get to the upper range of the rep range. If you feel like you can add small weights here and there then there’s no harm in doing so. Progress can be in reps performed or weight added, or both.

    Diet changes

Will post these in diet section but just dropped 400kcal to 3700 on TD and dropped 200kcal to 2500 on NTD.

Should keep the look improving. Jordan wants a touch more sharpness before we up the test. Currently only at 300, but it’s a great tool to have to be able to increase test as good comes down to hold muscle fullness.

Hi Joe…..what exercises are you actually doing for home PUSH days as you haven’t stated I don’t think.

Hey mate tbh at this present moment I am auto regulating my training based on what doesn’t hurt. It’s far from optimal but I can only do what I can do!

So low incline bb press and high incline (shoulder) bb press is ok

Med or flat press I can’t do. I also can’t press the dbs as they converge at the top.

I’ve stated my peptides etc now so I’m
Hoping they will help the healing process in my shoulder so that I can get back to proper lifting.

I’m still doing enough to stimulate the muscles, it’s just frustrating I can’t push as hard as id like in my push sessions

Pretty much what the boys said really – a good smooth movement is key. Usually newer would be better some of the older ones are rusty and sticky

    Jab sites

Always did glutes when I was younger – when I realised all this did was build scar tissue which isn’t ideal for shredded glutes I swapped to delts (slin pins mainly) and then later added in lats.

I’ve only just added in quads to spread the load more evenly that I’ve had to stop jabbing my right shoulder (don’t want it inflamed or effected in anyway due to tendon tear, I’m site injecting peptides for recovery so that’s enough in that area.)

It’s deffo best to avoid only using one site otherwise that will likely cause you issues are some stage along the time. Spread it out.
