    Hey bud yeah obv the BB row is a full body movement as opposed to the chest supported option of the row. You could perhaps try the seal row, or chest supported t-bar row

    Hey bro so I would do a dual chest supported dB row. Set the bench up just below 45 degree angle (don’t want it too high or it’ll turn into a shrug) .. perfect height is where chest is on pad and arms are at full length holding the dumbbells an inch or so off the ground. Great exercise

    Yo guys hit a reload leg session today. Intensity is still the same but we did less sets than normal so we still create the stimulus but avoid a large portion of the damage

    Should be feeling spot on for the next leg day … took 200kg squat for 15 today. That’s a new pb

    Hi buddy, I hope you are well, Joe have you any sides of your high deca low test cycle I. E the deca dick, is your libido suffering because of the cycle or is anything okay? I’m now on a cruise and think about my upcoming blase to use higher deca and lower test. Your thoughts?

    Hi mate I run 0.5 adex twice a day and have actually just started using caber at 0.5 twice a week as well.

    Difficult to do PPL properly in less than an hour imo. I’d opt for full body training and the frequency of each muscle group high. Change the order of the sessions though so your not always doing chest first/legs last or whatever. That’s just my input.

    Maybe look at putting in another rest day or lowering the volume on the actual sessions until you feel you are recovering adequately

    Hey bud honestly only the last two weeks have I felt a bit, if any of ‘deca dick’… but no loss of libido really. Mine is always very high ???? … it’s been a fantastic course though as feedback. Haven’t really had any sides, appetite has been ok as test is low. All time strength and size so can’t really say a bad thing about the cycle tbh ????

    Rest day today

    Very welcomed based off of yesterday’s leg day. Everything hurt and overall I didn’t have a productive session. It’s ok, it happens. Just look at why and assess the variables

    I think I needed an extra bit of rest to allow myself to fully recover as been battering myself recently.

    Today’s rest and also chiro tomo should sort me out 🙂

    Always listen to your body guys, if it’s telling you to rest, listen up.

    Hey joe, I’ve a question regarding off-season as I know you’re currently deep into one.
    I’ve just stated an off season myself, I plan on staying in a surplus long term to accrue as much size as possible before stating a prep, if it takes 2 years it takes 2 years. My question is, how wouldn’t you structure this long term phase, B&C trough this period, would you include mini cutting periods or embrace the fluff and commit to the size game until its time to prep?

    Hey bud. Good question.

    I think when it comes to off season/planning etc you have to just deal with what’s in front of you. You can’t plan in mini cuts because you don’t know when you’ll need them.

    I think to an extent you need to embrace the fluff ie don’t worry about being lean, but on the other hand you don’t wanna get actually fat. It’s useless weight that will just slow you down.

    I haven’t had to do any mini cuts or drop cals at all this off season which is good because body comp is great but shit because eating never stops ???? But it’s a necessary evil that you get used to.

    Yeah I feel ya and I would say I’m used to needles but I know this one is a big fucker. Thought of it going into my spine makes me feel actually a bit sick ????
