Sometimes you need to listen to your body – I think this will do me a lot of good 🙂

Basically your next meal is coming in before your body has fully had time to process the last one so more of then not you end up with non solid poos ???? sorry to be grotesque but it’s true. I haven’t gone properly, like proper solid, in a while now. Real life body building at its finest ????

Agree with the lads. Put in the sets where you feel you can recover and then when your comfortable with that you can add again. When the cycle properly kicks in, you’ll know when to add as you’ll move into invincible mode as I like to call it ????

Will ensure the highest frequency of training for each body park and if for whatever reason he can only get in once, everything will still be trained to some extent.

Thanks brother. Well this morning I was 121.5kg so we’re on the up.
Seems to be since adding the Lantus, upping my pre insulin and also upping gh to 5iu that things are starting to click into place ????

Honestly I felt no different what so ever. Didn’t effect anything and didn’t even feel drowsy/nautious like they said I would.
But yeah all good on the bloods from and red blood cells are back in range 🙂

Tbh I use ankle cuffs. They’re way more durable and ‘stiff’ and I find them much better especially as I have big hands. Got mine from amazon
