How you getting on with your cycle? What’s your opinion on the 500mg Deca EOD etc. You liking the progress? Any feedback off this cycleHey bud thanks mate. Slin cycle is perfect now zero hypos or sensitivity so im in a good spot! I’ve got very strong and weight is increasing nicely so I would say the high deca is doing the trick; keeping test low so we keep appetite

Perfect @giantjohal & @joe-ballinger-2 will try make a 3rd rotation. I was more focused and trying to make the workout as different as possible but I will look at switch Rep ranges and the use of dbs and barbells ????????

Changing rep ranges, or utilising a pause for example totally changes the dynamic of the set so you can do the same exercise with different executions and progress both 🙂

The new diet seems to be working wonders, it goes in really easy and I’m gaining weight again so can’t complain 🙂

What time are you taking your GH and insulin with meals. Can you give it laid out for the times and what you take with/before/after the meals please.
Meal 1
Pre workout
Post workout
Meal 4
cheersHey bud ok yeah so pre meal is 90 mins pre gym then 20 mins pre I have GH and insulin as I leave for the gym I also start drinking my insta workout drink.
I come home and eat my post workout meal, soon as I have the last mouthful I have my GH and insulin again and this is my method of use.
Also using 35units of Lantus first thing on wake 🙂

I agree with Jamie I think you would stall pretty quickly doing only 4 sessions, so having another rotation in there would be ideal in my opinion. As Jamie says you have indeed have similar exercises but utilise different rep schemes or intensifier sets (drops/rest pause) from time to time too.

MemberFebruary 6, 2020 at 12:03 am in reply to: Joe’s Classic to Open Class BodybuilderAll sets are 2 sets, one heavier and one still heavy, but higher rep set
Lying ham
Hack (this fucked me up yaaay)
Paused leg press (pausing in the home makes it 100x harder but also standardised the form)
GHR (Savage when done right)
Leg ext
Hypers (ham/glute pump was nuts)
Adductors 2 very heavy sets
Ah crunch on cable 1 set
Dual cable curl (bicep top up)
Calves (I usually do a heavy drop set, it’s the only thing I don’t really try to log/progress because my calves are structurally big so they need minimal stimulus to grow – so if I fuck them up any way I feel, I’m good haha)
Let me know if you try it 🙂

I would just keep eating what your eating and gradually lower the cals until you lose a bit of weight. Then you know you’re in a deficit, then it’s game time

MemberFebruary 1, 2020 at 11:37 pm in reply to: Deadstop presses vs continuous repsI think full range and no deadstop is better for hypertrophy as you have greater time under tension which is key for muscle growth. Deadstops are awesome if you’re in a strength plateaux and you want to get stronger. You’ll see a lot of power lifters doing them, not a lot of bodybuilders. (Not against deadstops by the way, they do have a place in bodybuilding)
