We’ve to body worlds yesterday which is a museum full of restored real life bodies – so much to see and learn! Also they had a full Body scan there and I came out at 7% body fat ????

Obv food is unregulated aswell but just trying to eat as much as possible. Step count is way above normal too!! Keeping weight on is always a nightmare! ????

Never done it specifically but on prep sometimes I’ll save my first meal in the day for as long as I can and then it just makes the window to eat all of my meals smaller so essentially less time to feel hungry 🙂

Let me my back and knee recover somewhat but also stay active and get a lot done. So much stuff to do here and Suzy a beautiful city 🙂

MemberDecember 18, 2019 at 1:16 pm in reply to: Thoughts on weight training twice a dayA lot of the top pros already have most of the muscle they need and don’t actually train in a progressive overload fashion so they’re recovery is much better and allows for twice a day training. I personally couldn’t train the way I do twice a day, no chance.
These twice a day sessions are likely no more than an hour each too. So overall time in the gym will be similar.

I personally would stick to the same plan and the same weights but save a rep from failure. This means total volume will be lower and neural fatigue also lower meaning you’re recovery should improve vastly in this time. I would say a week is enough. You then have 16 weeks to prep. Probs wouldn’t waste another week fannying about, get after it

Uhhh yeah tbh I would just bang it in my main luggage case and if I got caught (unlikely) I’d have it all unlabelled and say it’s health supps or its its blatantly obv then say personal use

I didn’t mate no as I was barely scraped it to make weight as it was lol so slin would have just made it even harder. I’m really looking forward to seeing how it works on me this time in off season with lots of food. Interested to see how much it can help me grow

I’ve had the same issue myself and I find getting a ‘pump’ before hitting tour compound movements helps really well for engaging the muscle correctly when pressing heavy. It’s all to easy to just ‘move’ the weight. I’ve been guilty of this many times – it just takes time and patience 🙂
