I personally also find I get on very well with nandroloneI feel absolutely fantastic mate not Gunna lie. We’ve also bought test down to 250 while we alter a few things with my bloods and I seem to have dropped water but got fuller?? Weird but obviously very good. Basically I’ve leaned out but gained weight. Very happy.

Everyone talks about deca making you hold weight and a lot of people complain about deca dick
Personally for me I hold more water from test than deca and have no impact in that department at all (although I’ve never gone super high)
Next cycle I plan to lower test further than normal and run 250 Test 750 Deca 200 Mast

Proofs in the pudding really. Test def makes me home more water too. BUT high test when I’m shredded is great as keeps me full but not watery (because I’m lean).Cycle looks good bud, good luck pal!

I don’t think Jordan is against the use of a belt – Corinne uses one for example. He just prefers and doesn’t actually need to himself.
I personally do wear one on heavy compounds purely from a safety perspective due to a previous lower back injury. If a belt prevents injury then wear one. You can’t do anything if you’re injured ????

Keen on seeing your consolidated notes from the Mark Coles seminar. Spoke to an old school coach who literally keeps his clients to the same plan concepts he made twenty years ago, it’s nuts. Nobody knows everything, period. His reason – it works, why change it? Hate that mindset.

Yeah that approach is very dated and it’s actually insane how much I learned about further methods than I was aware of before – these were mainly for general population clients which I have less time working with but was still wholely valuable ????

Tbh pump shouldn’t really be a factor whatsoever when utilising progressive overload training. Your far less likely to maintain a pump due to the nature of the training. Maybe later on in the session you may get a pump on more ancillary exercises. But when focussing on your ‘main lifts’ forget about pump and rest as long as you need so that you can get absolute maximum effort. Nothing less. Don’t rush or you’ll just lift less and fuck your log book. Pump doesn’t mean muscle.

The course is 100% starting to kick in now which is awesome. We’ve also bought test down to 250/week and my appetite has come back which is awesome!! And I’ve actually tightened up a little whilst still gaining a touch of weight.

One thing I really need to work on as a bodybuilder is how to sleep properly and get myself into a good routine as we all know when we sleep is when we grow!
