    It’s cus you’re in a rebound phase bro. Time will heal that. Mine was crazy post show but 10 weeks later it was gone. Until then be disciplined and use your will power 🙂

    Hey Joe,
    Do you think its a possibility that in an off season someone could potentially under eat on the daily norm – meaning poor performance perhaps in the gym, cravings heighten and then really binge on their meal off – meaning stagnant/no progress, lack of progress/’gains’ and then eventual fat gain from the binge… a recomp but going backwards…?
    essentially not eating enough to fuel good sessions and progress but then believing you are eating enough because scales do move about due to the huge binges?

    If you’re sound that then I would suggest you have a problem with food and to focus on sorting that out before trying to bodybuild/compete with health being the primary focus

    If you (might not be you if we’re speaking hypothetically) feel the need to binge then there is a problem – especially in the off season as this is this time when diet food should be high and would actually counteract the want to binge as you’ll be hungry

    So the answer to your question is yes. You can put balance your calories with ‘shit food’ and still gain weight. But because if the crappy food choices you will gain FAT. That is not bodybuilding that is just stupid imo

    Seated low row – I really prefer a single arm variation as you can contract ‘deeper’. Also single arm underhand pull downs I like

    Essentially it improves the effectiveness of certain compounds because of it’s ability to bind to the androgen receptors. It’s great for aiding and building lean muscle tissue and can also inhibit aromatisation, which is a bonus as you can use less AI.

    Hard to note the exact differences between 25 and 50. Wound 50 be more beneficial? Yes. Would 50 be overly necessary in off season? Probably not.

    what the thoughts behind proviron mate? And do you feel 25mg is enough over 50? what do you feel it adds to the cycle

    Well obv not compared to 50 as it’s double … but 25 is a nice dose for off season period I think. I like to push it higher in prep when I have more compounds in the stack. You good buddy?

    With the long rope you can keep the elbows fixed in at the side of the body or even slightly behind which means you can pull your arms behind the midline of the body. This creates a far deeper contraction in the tricep. I usually go lighter for these to really connect with them, and would go heavier on the shorter rope.

    Holding back adding too many different drugs in for later in cycle or just plan to keep it simple?

    I did a Video Today that will Be on the site soon about understanding your Drug total. It really doesn’t Massively Matter where It comes from. (Obv Wouldn’t Run 2g tren lol) but you get me. Deca is big for building So we’re using It and it’s Stronger mg per ml that NPP Or primo For example so I have to do less to get a higher drug total. Does that make sense?

    I’m not sure whether this is just the run of mouth from what guys I’ve known talk about in the gym – but do you not suffer from “deca dick” from your test being so much lower than your deca dose? I was under the impression that you had to have your test dosed higher than deca at all times. New to this, so can only apologise if that statement sounds like complete stupidity.

    No that’s bs. But you can and will get suppressed from using these drugs just understand that when you use them, this will happen. It’s A sacrifice we make in the short term (while on cycle) to achieve greater levels of muscle mass.

    How long you planning this cycle for mate? And why tamoxifen? Do you find you are gyno sensitive so use it as a precautionary?

    Hey Matt, I imagine for 16-20 weeks until We look to start prep. Serious gains needs to be made in this period So I am really ready to push now. And yes I am slightly sensitive So yes precautionary indeed.
