    These guys are the genetic elite and they can just look at weights and grow (????) … also the way in which they train now is more than likely NOT the way that for then to where they are in the first place. Imo there is no substitute for Heavy, high intensity training when the goal is muscle mass.

    Hi Joe. Obviously it would be counterproductive to come off at your level or competing but do you think once the competitive side of bodybuilding comes to a close you will come off completely and go back to natural? Or do you expect to have to use trt for the long haul. Sorry if that’s a personal question buddy. Just intrigued by that side of the coin in this game.

    Hey mate no that’s a very good question. I won’t Ever be able to go completely off mate, I’ll Always Have to be ok some form of trt dose which is fine with me. It’s The life I chose and something I’m Happy to deal with 🙂

    On so new cycle has been decided
    We’ll be going for 500 deca and 125 test every other day.
    Keeping in 0.5adex x2 a week. 20mg tamox/day, 25 proviron/day and 4iu GH.
    Watch this space, it’s time to grow ????

    Delts delts delts… push ups, side raises, banded pills for your back. I actually like really slow push’s Ups and get someone to push on your back for resistance that pumps me up good

    So blood work is all done, look forward to seeing where I’m at and then jumping back on. Had some shoulder Issues recently which are feeling a little better today – I had to take a couple days extra Rest which was nice and needed so just listen to your body when it talks to you!

    I’m At Wbff this weekend watching a mate compete. I used to compete with the Wbff so should be a good show, looking forward to it 🙂

    You will have been weaker that day for a reason. You may have done the same ore gym ritual but was everything single thing else the same? Same sleep day before and all week? Same water, were you hydrated like before? Did you allow the same amount of recovery as last week?

    So many minor things will have a big effect when we’re at peak strength because to progress we need to be at peak performance. Anything less and we just don’t cut it.

    When this happens, don’t stress. Do the session as best and with as much intent as you can then forget it, reset, and go again next week. But learn from it and realise/pinpoint why you were off so that you can address it and avoid it happening again.

    Yo guys! So I did my charity head shave today!! I’m actually quite liking it you know – deffo easier to get ready ????

    Got a bit of a shoulder injury at the moment so been seeing my chiro and as some fairly aggressive treatment on it today (necessary) hopefully it gets better!! Going to hit legs tomorrow and see how the shoulder is over the weekend

    Hey buddy yeah spoke to jordan the other day. This isn’t confirmed yet but from the way the conversation went I think we’re going to keep test as it is at 400 this is so as not to suppress my appetite and then we’re going to do 2g of deca. Should have the ‘size’ effect that I need hopefully

    There is a certain point at a certain weight that for most people it may be necessary or even advantageous to sacrifice a tiny bit of form for the load.

    This is not often but especially with barbell row as you mentioned – I used to do it with my heavy loading sets then have a really nice controlled back off

    Yo guys ok so show dates now released my regional will be 25th July and British finals will be on 2nd August 1 week later.
    I’m gunna do one more week cruise then we’ll look to push up big time. Gunna be a big push so I’m excited to see what weight I’ll hit as I’m pretty much at my heaviest ever now. Will keep your all posted

  • Well can’t say specifically because I’d need more info about you but as a general rule don’t eat like a dick would be my main piece of advice ????

    In all seriousness your calorie burning will be low meaning it will be easy for you to eat into a surplus (try and keep neat high to combat this if poss)

    You want to avoid any unnecessary body fat gain so try and work out your maintenance cals. Eat that and monitor weight every day for a few days then you can adjust the diet (more or less) dependent on your progress. Without more info I can’t be more specific but hope that helps ????
