So I’m going to change up my training split, check my current split and you will see that I am following a set weekly split. With 5 training days and 2 rests. This also means that I do 3 days on the bounce.
As I’m cruising now, I can definitely notice recovery is taking a slight hit, and I’m starting to get a few niggles so it’s time to change my split. Sometimes more volume is not better and can actually be detrimental to your progress, so listen to body – that’s so important.
As soon as I’ve updated it I’ll let you all know ????

I imagine an all out leg session like we all currently do would deffo be too much to recover from if running every day. I would do as much as you can recover from – Clare’s advice was spot on ????

So as you know I’m cruising but I’m still getting nicely stronger which is awesome! Cannot wait to see what I can do when I go back on ????

I’m advanced and want to try this style, would you recommend me to try this? Or what will work for you not necessarily work for me.

Hey buddy
This is a pretty well rounded push session covering chest shoulders and triceps.
It will deffo work for most people – just make sure you take all sets to failure. And on your compounds hit a first set of 6-9 and a second set of 10-12 or 15.

Hit 450 leg press for 25 lol then 500 for 17. Smashed pbs to bits
And I’m 5 weeks into cruise so I literally cannot wait to jump back on and just get freaky big and strong
Session was a touch different today. I dropped deads purely to rest my back (following the snapped strap incident on Monday) so it went like this…

What is your target rep range? If it’s 6-10 for example then you stick to the weight until you get your 10, then increase the weight and you’ll move closer to the 6 mark again with heavier weight 🙂

Just feeling totally wiped out – back in the day I wound have powered through but now I’m much better at listening to my body which is so important for longevity in this game. I’m moving big weights (for me) right now so recovery I’m paramount to my success.
Train hard guys. But know when to rest 🙂

That and I probably can’t hold a bar in front rack position anymore ????

When implementing hgh and insulin in the off season, which strategy on timing do you prefer and how do you keep blood sugar normal?Hey dude ok so I’m currently running zero insulin and we’ve actually decided not to for the time being. Wanna keep my ‘classic’ lines as best as possible. I can still grow a lot without it too. I was actually also struggling to control my BS when I was using it and it was ruining some of my training sessions unfortunately
GH wise I am currently on 4iu/day and I split this 2 pre and 2 post training. Also split the dose on rest days buddy
